Hahaha , show me one example on aim where a company sitting on massive losses have used these losees to offset any tax .In fact judging by action dont think Richland resources has ever made a profit. Right now RTO is a possibility but delisting and suspension is also a responsibility.Company has 250k cash altough it may not be 250k exactly as there must be some bills to pay.Without any assets how would company pay its bills?

Wow, it is ok to tell lies to lure other people in to get out with a profit but when somebody tell the truth he is trying to "manipulate" the market.I still cant understand how someother company can benefit from 53 million loss?

Where have you got that loss/tax offset from, do you know that aim is full of these companies who are sitting on massive loss, I have not seen even one company being valued on that basis. Whoever is using that analogy is wrong and trying to mislead others. This company has 250k cash and nothingelse.

With due respect, that is not 100% gauranteed and even BOD does seem to be too confident about their future course of action.Right now these are two possibilities which are being considered. So right now, we have a company has no assets, a small amount of money.We don't even know how much money it has.They cant raise 6 million to act as an investment company, RTO is a distant possibility but they cant use 53 million loss to offset any tax gains, this idiotic claim carries no weight as there are hundreds of other aim companies who are sitting on massive losses, even that was the case companies from all over the world would be queuing to get RTO.Be aware of these guys , you have been spiked once, lets teach these guys a good lesson that they dont even think about causing a p&d.

Dont think they have got anything to show for in Final results. However I dont buy into RTO hype as there are hundreds other aim companies who have wasted sever hundred millions and if a company was to use them losses then why should it choose Richland resources not others. I have come across hundreds of aim companies, a majority of them were lifestyle companies which were there to fleece the pi. It was same story a promising asset, a placing to develop that asset, oops that asset is not economical, another placing to buy another one, another placing to fund day to day expenses, another placing or loan at huge interest. Story is same but characters change.If Dodgy CEO were not enough we have p&d merchants who are driving liquidity out of aim.

You do know that there are hundreds of companies on ain , who have wasted hundreds of millions.Dont think these can be used to put a value on company.Right now, we dont know if RTO is going ahead, so we have to value company according to cash reserves.

So fail value should be around 0.02 and 0.03 assuming that they have 250K cash.

From where I can see they have sold remaning asset and a big chunk of money would be used to pay off the debt.Assuming that they have about 200k left after everything, why does it have a market capital of 850k?

Not anti-suhail derampers, he sold and then bought back in.Truth is he does not care about company as long as he can ramp/deramp it to make some money, he will do it.They might be acting as a group , where they attack illquid shares, then start ramping it here and on twitter , sp rises and some new investors are lured in.Herd moves on to next share and that is it. Suhail thought he can ramp it again but this time he had Mohh and Quindell. Well done guys, he would exit once he realises that he cant ramp it.

I reckon, he has already taken a position and is currently underwater.He is trying to ramp it again but Quindell and you are making it hard for him to ramp it again and that is why he is getting frustrated

But here comes twist, you were not so bullish about the company before 31, where I assumed you took profits. I think you took position on Thursday and started ramping it again. From what I can see you are underwater this time and trying hard to ramp it again to get out with a profit.

For one week, from what I can gather some people ramped it to 0.4 and got out and then "reality" hit them hard and they started deramping it.Think they got back in couple of days ago and their views took 180 degree turn and now they can see "potential" in this company. Having said that , an experienced investor can spot them off a mile and use their p&d antics to his/her advantage, it is new investors who pay the price. Now we are seeing some dodgy companies with 100 million mc. You want to trade a share go for it by all means but dont start posting "positive" views one day and negative views day after.

Fundamentals are strong and potential is there.This is not very liquid so , so not much is needed to give share price a much needed boost.

Think, market is waiting for results.

Their other divisions are making healthy profit, wipac was dragging down others as well. Ebidta is expected to be about 10 millions, debt is about 21 millions and pension liabilities are 50 millions. They had an agreement and should not pay more than 2.5 millions per year towards pension liabilities.Post wipac they can easily manage debt and pension liabilities.
