Repaying debt would be an issue , market had similar concerns about oilies in 2014/15 and most of oilies went to restructure financing. Company has one and half year and they have to offload some assets. Selling ugandan asset for 900 million would be good for a starter and they sold 66% of that for 2.9 million in 2012.

Trading at 19 and thought market has gone crzay, Glencore hit 30s and aal hit 220s. People had similar concerns . Right now, they would have to sell some assets and their partners were willing to pay 900 million for their 22% stake in Ugandan assets about three months ago . So right now, they have some wild cards which can surprise market.

Mr genius, I was trying to illustrate that some of assets they have are really attractive to others and if somebody is willing to pay 900 million for undeveloped assets then they must see some value in it.

Market is totaly ignoring some of their assets, their partners were willing to pay 900 millions for their ugandan assets and deal did not get concluded because partners could not reach an agreement with ugandan authorities.

But there is huge upside , right now market is shaken.Premier had similar problems in 2015, if I remember correctly as market was worried about huge debt it was carrying and oil hit 32 dollar. Needless to say it went on to renegotiate debt and poo bounced back.

You were really confident sometime ago, that this would fly once pp is granted, then you thought that pp would be granted but financing is an issue.Last week you thought pp wont be granted as there are some outstanding issues and now you think that pp would be granted but company wont survive. Sounds like you are changing your opinions far too soon.

Do you think that BP and shell would get involved with a company which is about to go under?

Dont think anybody knows the exact date, could be next week or week after.Your guess is good as mine or anybodyelse's. I reckon few people were trying to scare people into selling by coming up with different scenarios like pp wont be granted or there are few issues that need sorting or iis would be loading up if something is to happen. This is aim but likes of BP, Shell and IAG wont get involved if technology does not work.

a big apology to Garyn and BBN as they have been right. Now as things stand, they have serenity and debt facility to pay.

I think point he wanted to make is that he was in for a trade and it did not work out.He was trying to ramp it to exit with a profit and sold when it did not work.After reading "garyn's comments" he realised that he was a fool to ramp it , and this drill is likely to be a "duster" which would give him a chance to get these at "9".Then he can ramp it as company has "serenity".

Exited because sell off on 25 indicated that somebody was aware of this price sensitive information and it has to be leaked by BOD. It eroded trust among investors as nobody likes to be scammed. RNS was vague and was lacking details and raised more questions.
