RNS on Monday, now we have a name of the company and if they have held the talks then it should be told in an RNS.

I wont mind 1500 either

If we they get taken over at 2000 then that would be like eid for me.

It would be interesting to see what price they get taken over at if rumours are true.

RNS on Monday if somebody has approached them with a take over bid, as it is a price sensitive news which cant be withheld.

You see people posting all day saying how bad this company is, guys these facts were there when you lot invested, why did you not consider these then.

Is any point in arguing over this bb, many people were negative about this company and their views changed when they invested vice versa.Dyor and good luck.

Fair play Garyn, think somebody mentioned yesterday that he is sitting on 36k loss because of a leveraged position , so that makes sense as well. We will see!!

Find out if Garyn's theory is right, shetty wont be touching it if it was a fraud, as far as short sellers are concerned they wont be reducing their positions until they see no more further gains.I saw shorters being involved in Carillion , debenhams, thomas cook and Flybe and they held their positions until very last day.Now if shetty wants to make a move, he would do so before report and final results come out.On top of that if two major shareholders have taken loans against shareholdings, they would not be able to resist shetty's offer.We will find out soon.

On top of that we saw some big trades which I assumed are buys over last week, they could be sells or they could be buys. We have not received TR1 notice so nobody is selling.

Offering some resistance around 12/11 and we used to see some occasional bounces.But nothing seemed to be stopping ongoing loss after two major investors sold some of their holdings. I agree with Garyn's theory that somebody sensed their vulenerability and started manipulating sp to exert some pressure on them. About two days ago Shetty revealed that he is trying to buy other major shareholders.

Garyn this probably explains huge trades we are witnessing.Still a lot of unknowns !!

Report came in December and shareprice fell to 1100 but bounced back to 1800 level if I remember correctly as I traded it at that time. Then share price miracously fell to 1300 from 1700 and we had an RNS. At that time share price bounced back from 1200

He would gain a hell lot of money if he manages to buy them out cheaply.win win for him.

Dont think shorters short for one or two days and I have not seen that. I still cant understand these huge buys and share price is being driven down.
