With due respect NAV something we can argue about, company believes it is 3 millions but would somebody pay 3 millions for these assets?may be not. Aim is full of stories where companies paid 20/30/40/50 millions for some assets and they were found to be worthless.

Or buyers can wait until company runs out of money and then buy it for 500k may be.

Share price is crashing to 0.1 tomorrow, do you agree?

I think you have run out of arguments , Mohh and Mr.Investment have made some excellent points. It is going nowhere if it keeps on going the way it is going now.

This aim listing was keeping them afloat as they have not made a profit in all these years and were funding themselves through placings .

Their total loss was 3 million .So how would a company which has been around for sometime and been funding its day to day operations via placings is going to survive once it is no longer listed.

Positive cash income for year is 18.4 million and in my opinion company is not making anything if quarterly production is below 15000 ounces. However in past two quarters they have been producing 18000 ounces which have contributed towards 18 million cash income.So even at current production rate they are expected to produce 36 million positive cash income next year and that could go up if production increases. These figures are not correct but my guesses, point I am trying to make is that company can make 2 million quarterly interest payment and some capital.

I dont have any other reason to deny it. Company is not traded very often and fairly illiquid.You can argue but there could be massive sells which have not been reported. Tomorrow would tell.

They tried to take it private once and can do so again.However I cant digest this D4E swap scenarion, people are familiar with story that this company is generating enough cash to meet its quarterly interest payments.At this rate if company increases its production to lets say 20000/25000 we can see it paying off debt in couple of years .That would have been an ideal scenario for company and shareholders. But we have two major shareholders/lenders and they are pushing ahead with D4E swap which would dilute other share holdings heavily , they already have 66% . Secondly previously banks owned company effectively due to them being major lenders and it was in their interest to keep funding the company otherwise banks would have got the company if it could not pay the debt. They bought the debt off banks and now could get the assets cheaply if they can dilute other shareholdings as it would give them majority they need. it is speculation on my behalf.

Not really telling people to buy at 1.40 and 2, when you fully know that it would be worth 0.1 in two days is criminal and that is what you lot were implying.Me and Mohh have been right about share price so far .

Ok lets put it this way, company has put itself up for sale and has not found a buyer yet , so it is pointless speculating about take over price etc.

Yesterday and company is making healthy cash and production is increasing, so it can easily make quarterly debt principal payments.Last year having a D4E swap would have made sense as there was material uncertainty around the company.It is a complete opposite story this year so in my opinion major shareholders should have made the offer to other share holders, instead they are determined to go ahead with D4E swap and that is likely to heavily dilute other shareholders and could see them owning most of the company for peanuts.Very same people opposed equity raising last year so something dodgy is going on.

That happened in November and company decided to cancel its aim admission in January.There are many other companies which have been put up for sale and has not found a buyer yet. T

Thanks Mr.Investment, you will see a few faces behind most of meteroic rise on aim and can see a pattern emerging, some people on Twitter start posting about a company , volume increases and their cronies start buying, it goes up and draws in mewbies, people who started this get out with a hefty profit and others are left holding the baby.They alwaya target illiquid stocks on aim.

Let us deal with this one first as it is bloody obvious this share would lose most of its value tomorrow and some guys were throwing take-over , accumulation and other bs at others.

You know fully well Mannan who bought these and why? For newbies let me tell you that buys around 1.40 were made by Suhail and cronies to push up the share price and that gamble did not pay off.

Not really it is to tell others of "p&d" crew, pattern is there for you to see, our friend takes a position and then starts throwing take-over, management buy out bs at others, soon his cronies join him and once he has made his money he moves on to others.I salute Mohh as he has taken it upon himself to save others from losing their hard earned cash.Here is the thing why would you want othets to buy something , knowing that tomorrow it would be almost worthless.

Not really that is not telling anyone to buy. What you wanted to say is that company is undervalued bla bla bla .But I will see you guys tomorrow as sp is crashing here and would be below 0.5 soon.

Give it a rest, Mohh was a RLD holder, where you used to post essays and got out with a hefty profit and then you were encouraging others to huy when you were selling.You took a position again and started doing the same.
