Problem is not only you have Jupiter selling, you have loads of pis itching to get out momemt they are in profit. So double whammy for "long-term holders" if we have any.

There is no value left, anyone who bought after April and May was gambling. Company released those RNS to say that game is over. It was not about not having money but finding a way around sanctions which was impossible. If a payment was made to Gpm then company would have breached the sanctions and if no payment was made Gpm would have taken over. Shareholders would not have got anything in either case and that is how company put it.

It was sinister ploy to get cheap assets for next to nothing. GPM was company's main lender but at the same time sole offtaker of gold. It spotted a chance to grab these assets and grabbed it. There wont be any international investment in Russia for atleast 30/40 years and putin knew it but still went ahead with invasion.Right now GPM are sole owners of assets, no-one from outside Russia can deal with these guys as he/she will be subjected to sanctions.

Like Putin cares about a judge's decision.Message is loud and clear, whatever is in Russia belongs to Putin and cronies. I would say that polymetals will meet similar fate.Some people will do really well out of these assets when war is over but they would certaintly be not shareholders!

Raise in December as share-price was stable around 4 but did not expect him to wait this long. Share price has fallen by 75% and situation is so dire that PF would accept any pathetic deal to get a placing away.Current market capital is 4 million and PF needs to raise atleast 2.5 million. He will need to issue atleast 60% more shares and I would say that 1p would be a good deal.

I am sure that you have gone through final results, cash balance was 3.0 million on June 30 2021. Administration costs are 2.5 million. Total revenue for H1 was 3.6 million and total loss for that period was 0.92 million.Forget about contract company needs to find 2.5 million to cover administration costs.In my calculations cash balance is 0.5 million right now and that is only reason PF wont disclose it. He needs to raise at-least 2.5 million to cover administration costs and that will be done via placing.

Steve take anything he says with a pinch of salt , as far as I know he mentioned these "bank facilities" in 2017 when iranian contract was being negotiated and still raised money through placings. He must have announced 5 contracts after that and raised money through placing every single time. My question is why did he not make use of these "bank facilities" and chose to raise money via placings. Secondly why would he not disclose cash position ?

Whose "pump & dump" did not work and as a result they had no choice but to stay in. Market has grown wise to fooler's tactics but he thought he could fool people by same tactics again and again. As somebody mentioned fooler tends to ignore questions related to cash position and that is how we know that a placing is being worked and he left it too late this time.In last six months he tried so many tricks to initiate pre-placing ramps and even tried to flog dead horse like iranian contact but market did not buy into his bs anymore .At that time he should have realized that his game is up.

you missed the bit where company says that it needs 164 millions.Right now it does not have that sort of money and why would it need to spend money on a new project when it is struggling to fund previous projects?

it is effectively bankrupt at this stage. Creditors are first in line to get their money back so will get a big chunk of money owed
