you summed it up, these "p&d" merchants like Afzal, Tops, blowster,Riddler and many others are working togeter with corrupt managements and brokers. These are lifestyles companies which have no intention of making any profit. We tend to see a pattern where a company raises money to fund a wildcat drills, s cum bags like Afzal and many others lure private invetors in through " multibagger bs" share price rises which allows mangements to get away couple of placings, musical chair stops leaving naive private investors nursing heavy losses.There are s hit stocks like Nnn, Ctea and many others which were promoted heaviy by Afzal and have resulted in many people losing their life-savings.

Best case scenario would be him announcing a new contract win to get a placing away but again he won two contracts last year and they are yet to be ratified.Secondly whenever he wins a major contract market market knows that he would need to raise some money to meet "pre-contractual" expenses and that kills off any rise.

It is a full blown "p&d" by Afzal and crew.He is s c u m of earth and has been at it for years.

Not sure if these results are good. It looks like they are losing foreign customers due to delivery time but most recently quite a few competitors have entered the scene too. PE ratio is way too high

I do think that he gets contracts by offering next to nothing margins and on top of that he spends shareholders's on these contracts. That is why if things get delayed shareholders have to foot the bill.Over the years he must have spent a fortune to meet "pre-contractual expenses".I rememver him raising more than once for iranian contract with nothing to show up for it. If I am not wrong than these overdraft faciloties were available to PF before but never used them.If he needs couple of hundred thousands then yes he can use these but in my opinion he needs more than 2 millions. I think you are confusing revenue with profit. You can only use pe of 1 if profit 7/8 million, in this case it is 1.9 million loss! Revenue means nothing if profit cant be made.

In my opinion company was fully aware of risks when war broke out in Februaery was in discussions with its advisers to find a way around it.If there was a solution we would have heard about it.
