I think a few traders jumped in to make a quick buck but failed to read RNS properly.In my opinion lenders wanted company to raise 150 millions through placing before granting extension and releasing funds.Company needed major Shareholder's approval as that would have been highly dilutive to them who in return made a low-ball offer to take it private. Such an offer needs to be approved by lenders

that offer has been rejected as any offer would need to offer some funding arrangements and looks like interested parties are only interested in some parts of buisness.

go through funding RNS and in there you will find that company needs to pay 26.4 millions on 27th June and is seeking to extend the deadline by 1 month. However if no extension is granted then company woud be in defaut and trading would be suspended. Regardless company needs to publish audited results by 30th June and audit is not complete yet.

PF tends to exaggerate numers , I would say that iranian contract would not have generated 25 millions but may be 5/10 millions still significant money. However he made similar claims about tema and West African Airport.

last three placings were shambles, share price hit 11/12 on the back of covid and fooler could have got a placing away at 10 insted he waited and decided to raise money at 6. Not to mention of last placing which was carried out at 4.Same thing happened here everyone knew that company aint got no money share price breached 4p, then 3p, then 2p and now it is at 1.4 .Fooler did not do nothing an would place shares at 1p. He needs to raise minimum 2 millions an there is no way he can get raise that sort of money without offering a significant discount.

it is model I am talking about Deliveroo charges restaurant/takeaway/shop 30% of total food, plus delivery. Restaurant/takeaway passes that onto customer and as a result sometimes customer pays 50% more than actual price. This system worked and boomed during lockdown but is not working anymore. I know from first hand experience than no of deliveries that uber/deliveroo used to do is decreasing day by day.

seems to be worried about inflation and it would be interesting to see if deliveroo can grow under these circumstances. In my opinion buisness model is not sustainable and major delivery players who gained a lot of buisness in last two years are losing it quite fast.

Go through accounts and you will find out that company is about to run out of money. Unless PF has found a magical money tree a placing is imminent.I did predict a placing six months ago as in my opinion PF wont leave it until it is too late however he left it too late and share price has fallen to 1.90 which is all time low.

looks like you have fallen for Pf's typical traps .I will say that he will rns it as this will be another straw that he will clutch to boost the sp to get the placing away. He throws some fancy numbers at market and then moves the goal posts as we approach the deadline.

Contract is not subject to ratification, where did you get that from as Company released an RNS in November last year.

If I am not wrong then he raised three or four times for iranian contract .As I said he nobody is willing to believe him anymore.
