This is not their normal "pump and dump" stock which they can pump and dump for their 10%.

It is buisness model, all of these deliveries companies charge restaurants a percentage of food and also take a cut off rider.Just eat is an established player but rider has to take up fixed shifts.Uber eats and Deliverloo offered flexible shifts but took on way too many riders. Riders have resorted to making as many accounts as possible and can pick and choose which delivery they want. A few new delivery apps have entered the market too. Deliveroo would have to increase pay to endure every riders makes at least nmw or risk losing them . On the other hand their delivery partners have other options.

All this means nothing if nearly 20% of company is being given away for 6.35 millions.In my opinion quite a few have traders have got in to make a quick buck but share price is not rising.So this is being ramped to make a quick profit or being pumped!

Or there can be another placing after 6 months.Management has screwed investors over and can see no reason why wouod they not do it again.

And alternatively would lose everything!

Or it can be a false dawn like dmtr, in my opinion this deal wpuld be voted through as shareholders will rather have somethibg than nothing and it will create an overhang for sometime.

I know couple of guys who work for both Uber and Deliveroo. 90% of couriers have other jobs and this was supposed to be an easy way of making money. However things are getting worst as when you go to take-aways you have to wait for 10/15 mintues and sometimes customer can make you wait for 5 mintues before you deliver the food. Most people are not even making minimun wage while delivering for Deliveroo .As a result almost everone has joined Uber eats as well and they can pick and choose and that is affecting delivery time.In my opinion this model is flawed and not sustainable in longer run.

Really short notice as in my opinion this is nailed on.Either this deal is voted through or company is put into administration but I am surprised at conditions not only they are paying 25% interest rate they are also giving away 17.5% at 10p

In this sort of environment you are giving placees an easy chance to double their money and they have warrants to offload too.A win/win situation for them.

They have money to buy maximum number of placing shares to make up for their losses which can be sold for immediate profit.It is a normal private investor who will bear the brunt.Some of them would have bought at very top of pump which we may not see again. That is problem with this sort of shares as speculation drives these up and in most cases "p &d" merchants like Riddler, Tops, Afzal and many others provide volume through their followers.Musical chair has to stop at some point and that is when "dump" phase starts. Management cant be trusted and placing shares can be flipped for 300% profit!

I went through accounts and in H1 company made a loss of 1.2 million on 0.7 million revenue, it tells you all you need to know. These sort of companies employ "p&d" merchants like Riddler, Afzal, top and others to keep private investors interested. Private investors think that they have found an easy way of making money and all they need to do know is just follow certain individuals.Next thing they know is a big chunk of their portfolio has gone.

I guess this meeting bit was added to give existing shareholders a glimmer of hope so that placees can offload their shares.

Placing would be voted through,at best 0.1 placibg would be rejected, share price would rise for them to get away a placing at a higher price. Those who were lured in by a few "p&d" merchants would bear the brunt. I am surprised this is trading at 0.4 after this announcement as it would give placees a chance to make 300% return on their investment.

Agree with mini spike, Pete has been raising money on the back of contracts and looks like he has none this year. market is rightly pricing in a placing and a placing price would determine future sp. I agree with 2p

Looks like it is being pumped on dumped by usual suspects for 10%. A placing is nailed on and there is no other way PF can raise that much.only thing I am not sure about is price as I did think it would be carried out at 3, but PF left it too late may be he wss hoping to rope a few in through that "promising update " and that backfired.

Well....... Over the years I have followed PF I have learnt to take everything he says with a pinch of salt.Whenever he is trying to get away a placing he tends to follow a certain pattern, He had 3 million in June and a big chunk of that was to be spent on DRC contract, as per last update company is not making sny profit and needs at least 2.5 million to meet administration expenses.Which leads me to believe that company is short of money and would require funding soon!

And placing would be his best bet, in my opinion he needs to raise 3/4 million anf it has to be at significsnt discount. I thought he would get the placing away at 3p but that is highly unlikely now .
