His placing news tend to be true, lets see .I do think that some placing shares are being forward sold as there was no volume for couple of months.

My apologies cash balance was 0.4 million on 30 June, he has run out of money .Volume was non-existent however we have seen a surge in selling activity all of sudden.......Share prophets has published a story that a heavily discounted placing is being worked!

Has destroyed any value , market is rightly anticipating a placing as 400k that he has would only last him a month and half. As usual he left it too late and now a placing at half a penny is looking on the cards. That will be 90% value destruction in a year. I have seen it trading at 80 many many moons ago, at that time PF was regarded as one of best CEOs , who has found a model which would cost nothing and was fool-proof. Over the year I found him to be a compulsive liar with zero regard for shareholders. Trump imposed sanctions and everyone knew that iranian contract was dead however PF tried to put a "positive spin" on it by saying that he is working with relevant european authorities to receive payments throgh alternative chanels.

Wow Drc,Iran and Liberia.We all had similar thoughts years ago but guess what? Before these biggies there used to be "MOUs" , I am pretty sure that pete had some other East African contracts too who were at advsnced stages however he stopped mentioning them. Ratification was meant to be a formality but half an year later we still have not received it. However pete raised significant amount of money for this contact to meet "pre-contractual expenses" I was wondering if he had spent that money too on his clan. Pete is itching to pull out a contract to get this placing away.His usual tricks are not working, perhaps he can come up with something innovstive....You know things are tough when usual suspects have moved away from "pumping and dumping" it.It used to be a gauranteed "p&d" but PF has killed any sentiment.

You do know that company neeeds 5 million to cover administration cots !Million dollar question is where will pete get 5 million from?As I said Pete has ran out of options, 5 years ago this update would have got market excited and we may have seen 50% rise but Pete has used these tricks too many times and nobody is going to fall for these.

Surprised he has not raised any money as 0.4 million is far too low given administration costs and loss. May be Pete thought he can excite market with his "triple digit bs".As things stand share-price is in terminal decline and I dont think Pete has much time .

In my opinion a lot of small traders who got in on Thursday and Friday have sold, some sort of profit-taking was expected.Share price is rising!

Urraca I would say you are right. I will be honest I am in for a trade and sitting on nearly 100% profit from my small trade at 8:25. Truth is this is sentiment driven and wont surprise me if we go on to hit 20 on Monday.On the flip side a sell off can drag it down.However this accounting deadline was given in an RNS on 3th August , if somebody got in after that point he must be aware of this

Deadline is 30 August so still 2 weeks away. However nobody knows apart from Auditors there is a good chance that auditors would be able to finish this process before 30, there is a good chance that they might not. It is a guessing game I guess. Market is aware of this since 3 August. I am in for a trade but I guess that traders are driving price now and fall we witnessed could be attributed to aggressive selling by Jupiter.As usual do your own research. It is a binary bet until we get exact results.

Problem is they dumped 8% last week and that caused a massive 70/80% drop.Volume was high last week but share-price kept on falling. Jupiter had 9% holding in the hut group and only notified market when they had 4.85% left. Share price would not have moved this fast if they were still selling

It has to be start of day, they sold remaining shares in the afternoon.However we had couple of massive sells today as well. I am 90% sure they are out completely as share price would not have moved the way it did yesterday and today if jupiter were selling.We saw that happening last week where a lot of private investors bought and share-price kept on falling.

Jupiter is out they went below 9/10% yesterday and sold remaining shares in afternoon. Apart from them only BOD have massive holdings and they cant sell due to closed period.

Jupiter, I think they have sold a big chunk of their holding and may be out completely. Still waiting for that rns.However it is a trade at best, very few peoole would be around until end of this month

A lot of well known "p&d" merchants have lost money on this.Some were trading it just before the crash on 2 and others got involved in higher 20s/lower 30s. It just kept on falling.

Well no figure has been given and this contract is "potentially" worth several hundred thousands. What else do you want anyone to comment on ?

I would say that they still have 8/9% left. They were dumping shares in THG and did not release an RNS until they were below 5%.

I would say that they are selling according to volume when volume is high they try to dump as many shares as they can.3,4 and 5 were really high vooume days.

We still dont know how many shares are going to be dumped this week.I am assuming that most private investors wont take any position until Jupipter completely sells out and that is a big problem. Looks like it will drop to 16 this afternoon

No value left for shareholders, what is next.....?Shall we start litigation against administrators as well.
