Delisting is not confirmed however this company has been in talks with major shareholders and looks like they have decided to put in money if company delists.Besides that if for some reason delisting does not occur then company will need a million quids and where will it find that from? You guessed it right through placing.

Why would it spike when a delisting is almost imminent.Besides that this company has been surviving on placings.

I am not sure that you are familiar with administration process, however lenders can flog these assets to get their money back and whatever is left over would be distributed among shareholders. Problem is Aisc is all over the place and looks like we will see loss-making quarters in forseeable future.

all them numbers are useless if that gold cant be extracted at a profit. Not sure of a "take-over target" as lenders can end up owning the asset. DB would want to milk it as far as he can and if things go wrong he can take on more debt.They have taken 80 millions worth of debt in last year and that is 20 millions per quarter, where is that money going?

a lot depends on price of gold. Old management needs to go and new manament needs to be brought in place. Not sure if we have institutional investors here who can remove managemen****tals exploration ltd was in same place couple of years ago , old management was removed, and new management has paid off a big chunk of debt and company is generating profit every year. This management would take it down to zero as increasing debt to 86 million is horrenfous and it has nothing to show for it. Assets may be worth some money but debt can lead to no value left for shareholders.

At present we dont have numbers but results released in April can provide insight into balance sheet.Asos was one of few companies who did really well during lockdown .Profits have fallen by 70% compared to last year and next year is looking really bad.Think net debt was 60 millions in April and may go up in second half as well.

why would they be talking to their lenders if there was not a liquidity issue? Do you really think that lenders would hire Clifford for some minor amendment. Whenever there is a scenario like this lenders would want to see company raising money first before agreeing to any extension.

if they are in breach of convenants, lenders would want them to raise money before agreeing to any extension and that is where problem lies.

Bankruptcy is a far-fetched idea but rights issue is definitely on the cards now.I would rather have them raise money now than 6 months down the line.
