Loan as at current market capital price to earning ratio is 34 which is way too high.As speculation drives up price in growth stock like Asos and all it takes is couple of profit-warnings and reality sinks in. I will be really angry if this sort of info is revealed to journalists before shareholders as it is a price sensitive information.

There are people here who bought in at 70s and 80s. I have followed this since 2013 and I can tell you that PF is a serial liar and bullsh**tr .Did think that iranian deal would happen as price of oil is crippling western economies so they need iranian oil to lower the prices.But it is more to do with luck than PF's enterpeneurship!

May be speculators are betting on Jcpoa, but if that deal does happen PF will use this to raise money .

Trust me a lot of people got in with very same mentality, as I said some people see 50/60/70% bounce and go crazy.

You tend to look for certain clues, just to make things easy for you, go through Pog, Mcls, Debs and many others RNS just before suspension.You will see some keywords like ,"restructuring","lenders and employees would be protected" and little or no value left for shsreholders.It is company's way of saying that "game is over" whoever bought on and After 17 was gambling.If there was a slightest chance of a "bounce" institutional investors wont be bailing. In my opinion every single day private investors are taking position to trade it and are getting trapped

Released similar type of RNS on 5 May but so did POG.Whenever a company releases an RNS telling investors that it is considering restructuring which can lead to little or no value for private investors, it means that game is over.

Smart money started shorting it and would make a killing. Problem is it is not first time this is happening.Some people took heavy positions in Carrillion and lost everything. Flybe had accepted 1p offer and people were buying it at 4p. There was no value left in Debenhams but retail buyers were loading heavily. Mccoll and Pog released similar RNS and people were taking positions. Funny thing is some people never learn, they take a position and know that they have made a mistake but would ramp this share to sucker in other private investors to get out at a profit or minimize their losses.

Got it horribly wrong when RNS came out last week, it was crystal clear to everyone that game was over .At that point people should have realised that equity had no value.However some people have got gambler mentality, moment they see 60/70% fall they jump in to get out at a "dead cat" bounce. Problem is institutional investors knew what was coming so stated bailing but private investors took thought they had found a "multibagger" and that would cost them heavily. I am pretty sure that poorinvester has bailed.

Got to laugh as Arden issued a broker note with a target price of "19' and when company raised money through placing at 4.Some of us have been predicting a placing because of cash balance as it looks like company has barely enough to pay fowler clan for another month. I am surprised as did not think that PF would let it fall this far. He tried to initiate a pre-placing pump but that has bsckfired.According to TW a placing is being worked!

Some sort of belt-tightening is expected by both of Asos and Bohoo.On top of that both of these companies are facing fierce competition and inflation is hitting these hard.However share-price started tanking when they announced this acquisition.

Boohoo has lost more than 20% since they announced this stake. For some reason market did not like it and punished them severely.Right now Revolution is being played by traders and at some point we will see a sell off as we approach suspension

You are a fool , tell me what "restructuring" is and we will go from there. Company has stated that it can pay off its debt and now it is upto lenders. Even company has issued two rns which state that in case of restructuring there is little or no value left for shareholders.But a fool like you will keep on investing regardless
