Knows something that we don't, only think I could find in previous update is that company is engaging with it's lenders to extend debt facilities, I hope I am wrong but looks like lenders would want to see some sort of balance sheet restrengthening before agreeing to extension and that is what driving the price down.

It shows how crazy some people can be. They 100% know that business won't exist in next months and has zero value left for shareholders but would still buy in anticipation that if they were stupid enough to buy it, chances are there would be another stupid trader to buy it too. It looks like a few bottom feeders who would say anything to get 5/10% have got caught in this and trying to come up with all sort of bs to pump and dump. There is no value left for equity holder's and business won't be around in 12 months. Cash shell theory is bs too as it is impossible to raise 15 millions

Provided the cushion against this never-ending sell off but will be interesting to see how it copes without these.

Right mind is buying shares in a company which is winding down? Looks like some people need to have their money taken off hands for their own safety.

Voting no would lead to bankruptcy not a good scenario for shareholders. LOOKS LIKE IT IS A DONE DEAL.

What are other options? As looks like company would run out of cash soon. Either way shareholders are bound to lose

It is more to do with traders.I do think a seller is still around but share-price is moving with every trade .In last 6 or 7 weeks shareprice kept on going to NT multiple times, that is not the case now. I reckon market is waiting for RNS!

Selling has kind of slowed down, reckon seller is still here but traders are controlling share-price now.

Miton shouod be out now as they were selling aggressively last week and only had 4%. We will find out soon.

"debt restructuring news could arrive at anytime" that is exactly what market is worried about. If covenants are being tested then rest assured that financial situation is critical. An institutional seller is not helping things either.

To be honest, I don't even know what" good news" are you talking about. As far as I can see Mode does not even have a business anymore and it still has clns to pay. Not only that cash burn is 600k per month. How long can it survive and what future value it has?

Lol "stuck" Mtl is a long-term hold I am in profit however took a small trade in iog yesterday and averaged down so about to break-even. Having said that looks like you are stuck in Tpx, GST and this one. As I said kind of shares that you are targeting can lead to you getting stuck for good if you can lure in enough fools.

Lol, why would I trade this when it is burning 600k per month and has 1.5 million clns outstanding. Revenue was 500k and there are no assets. It has no chance of surviving as if clns are converted to shares then this will be diluted to oblivion with constant over-hang. Having said that your "p&d" are not working anymore as everyone knows that you would say anything to get out and tend to target illiquid shares which can be hard to get out if there is no liquidity!

When share price is this low. I would say that heavy dumping drove share-price down this morning. Looks like Lombard is out today not sure about Milton.

Looks like a huge sell is being worked, can buy it for 20 on H&L. Don't think it is worth a punt as it is a very illiquid share and we do have a few trapped traders like Maqsood
