It is a done deal so either someone has closed a short position there is no way a broker would pay 0.27 when company said that in best case scenario it does not expect to pay more than 0.2

Slack when I suggested that it is matter of weeks and may take months.I do think that problem lies with past accounting practises and that can impact profitability.BDO wants to see every thing before signing off and that can be the reason bank reduced the size of loan.

This company has a history of misleading shareholders.I think it started as mining outfit but I first came across it in 2012.At that time it had heavy stakes in couple of mining companies and used to be called obtale resources.
Then it got into forestry, vegetable cultivation,mango plantation and at one point bough a super-market chain in Lesotho.It got rid of everything and realized that it has found a "real moneyspinner" in the form of timber.That is not everything in last 10 years it must have raised £35 millions through placings, plus £12 million worth of debt.What has happpened to "previous promising assets" and what good are these assets if after all this investment and time these cant generate enough cash to meet day to day obligations.In my opinion Sydbank did have a look at "these assets" and decided to take money instead.This management does not give a sht about shareholders !

As I said got a bag out of revb and got out as did not like idea of investing in a suspended share.But hay ho , make no mistake guys this cash shell is worth nothing as money would be returned to shareholders or would be spent on other expenditures.Absolute zero or 0.2 per share.Read RNS.

I do think bank did the right thing, management is fleecing shareholders through constant never-ending heavily discounted placings and on top of that debt pile kept getting bigger and bigger.Meanwhile this is a still loss-making outfit.

Read last RNS for God's sake. They raised that money and deposited that into Sydbank which they owed 6 million to.Sydbank took that money and company has until end of may to come up with a plan to pay them rest of money.That leaves it with £430000 cash and monthly burn rate is nearly double this cash at hand.That is not end of it, it also needs to pay two of its lenders 1.3 millions in June.

First of all I dont short but if I did it would be an easy short as equity is nearly worthless or is bound to lose big chunk of its value.Looks like you would struggle if I mention real figures so I will oversimplify it for you. This company has zero income as it is not making any money, but debt stands at 12 millions.It does not finish there as workers pay and other expenses stand £800000 a month.Company only has £430000 cash and £1.2 million receivables.Hope that claifies things for you

Remember folks! there is no such thing as oversold, read yesterday Rns company has stated clearly that depending on outcome shareholders would get 0.2 or 0.So if someone is stupid enough to pay 0.26 it is upto him/her.It is a very risky trade where you can lose everything.So dont listen to anyone on twitter, telegram, whatsapp and facebook and do your own research. Dont gamble there are far better shares out there.
