I wish it was that simple as prison would be full of these dodgy corrupt CEO and investors. But a golden rule for you, whenever a placing is planned, investors who are willing to take part are found and besides that city brokers are engaged. Are you telling me that these lot phoned investors after market closed and got placing away. It is sneaky that they released RNS after market hours and now management is trying to cover it's tracks by buying minimum amount of shares.

Well you have got to be naive to believe that, these sort of things take sometime and now we know why were shorts not reducing.

Market has lost trust in CEO, how can you say no placing coming and then do a placing three weeks later. I do think that this placing was being worked for quite sometime as these things take a lot of time and media got wind of it. 418 should have been bottom but now market would dictate the price.

It should have been a straight forward process, wonder why are auditors not signing off? PF with his usual tricks. I am surprised that he has survived that long without placing may be he is using covid loan or overdraft facility but that should not last him too long as fowler clan needs playing.

And a lot of businesses are struggling as very few can afford generators. Problem is there is no quick fix and AMC government is not competent enough to tackle this. Not sure how this will affect Bushveld, tltrading update would answer too many questions

It is a lifestyle company and has no intention of making any money. They are looking to raise money through dilution but not only they need to raise money to pay bank they also need money to fund day-to-activities.

Drawn into ramper/derampers argument, we will get the clear picture once we have results. Old debt facility was reduced by 8 millions to 32 millions. Funny thing is this company was to generate enough profit to fund it's day to day activities, however what we are hearing is that company has taken on 32 millions worth of debt and that kind of tells us that company is not generating enough profit to fund it's day to day a to I.

Lol, we are to get latest figures before any relishing can occur. I have read financial statement and company has specifically mentioned that it has used 32 millions available to it and not only that lenders remain supportive and would waive any convenant breach. That is a bid odd as we did have some "accounting iregularities" last year, but company should have been on strong footing. Secondly why does it need to fully draw 32 millions if it was generating enough revenue/profit?

Not arguing with positives but think we will get the full sketch once we have present numbers in hand. Company has fully drawn 32 millions and that is not a sensible move by any stretch of imagination. Lenders remain supportive now and are willing to waive any potential debt covenant that pretty much sums up financial health of company. I do think that both parties want suspension to be listed but some sort of recapitalisation is being worked in my opinion.

Media has covered it and none of that coverage is positive. Next trading update would probably give us exact figures as it looks like company can breach it's banking covenants if things don't improve and that is why we had "going concern" statement. As things stand company overstated profit by 22 millions and debt has gone up.

Of this company as refinancing deal removed uncertainty but market is worried about something.

For lying to market and looks like market has lost all of the faith in management. Hard to predict where would share be as it would be volatile

Investor's confidence. A few days ago CEO stated that there was no raise and then we got this after the market hours. Looks like shorter were aware of this and that is why we did not see them reducing them shorts. It will be interested to see how markerts react to this as 11% interest rate is massive and last chance for CEO to get this right. It has caught a few of traders out who were trying to trade it and got heavy positions yesterday

Looks interesting and oversold but very illiquid stock. May be there is something that we don't know that is driving the price down.

Bit of binary bet at these levels as they get this drill wrong and it is pretty much game-over. Think a lot of people are bailing out. On the plus it offers a decent upside if drill is successful.

There can be a bid coming as company should have denied it.As I said either way we will find out.

Why would a newspaper make this up, by the way two other blogs have confirmed it as well.Not only that Mike Ashley has increased his stake in this company as well.As I said we will find out soon.

They are bound to inform market of this if such a proposal has been put forward.

Financial times has run a story on ASOS yesterday and as per this story a takeover bid is being prepared.Company declined to comment when FT tried to approach .

RNS to confirm/deny takeover speculation in the media but amazingly nothing has come out.Either way we will find out soon.
