ocado have issued counter claims against autostore so its highly unlikely they are going to pay them to make them go away

the more likely outcome if ocado were to pull out would be that M&S would take 100% control of ocado retail.... not that i expect anything to happen for at least 6/7 years

the price promise was to at least match prices on tesco.com ....with tesco matching certain lines to asda i think it would be pretty stupid to do the same .....using another system makes sense

well that sums up neils attitude towards ocado and the JV...the only thing good about it is that some mks lorry/van drivers (obviously the best in the world) may have transferred from mks to ocado retail ....thats a very balanced view .....ocado obviously contribute very little in comparison ..... a bit of filtering needed here now

That’s a good start!.....how can you debate the unknown??? who knows the court costs before the case is over???..........How was it missed by the lawyers? why??? again how do we know the lawyers missed anything until the case is heard?? if ocado win the lawyers obviously wont have missed anything....so as i said whats to debate?

there is no need to debate ....everyone knows the issues ocado/mks jv faces..everyone knows what needs to be done ....the joint venture is addressing those issues ...what is there to be debated??

very few home delivery customers are loyal to any one company they are going to whichever company who can offer a slot .... yes ocado are running at maximum ....yes ocado need more capacity .....(bristol andover and purfleet opening soon .....bicester ongoing) the only way ocado can do this is to build more cfc's....these cannot be built in under 1 or 2 years so to say ocado missed its chance is utter rubbish
