the usual deramping going on ....meanwhile mks(where im also invested) SP is down .......

in my view click and collect will only work instore......most mks stores do not have large loading bay areas so unloading will have to take place at the roadside and ocado trailers do not have tail lifts .....even if they did i doubt that most mks stores have the capacity to handle a trailer full at each store ....if the trailer went to say 10 stores the empty dollies would have to be taken away as most stores might not have the space to store them which means at every delivery the empties would have to be taken off to get the dollies for the next delivery .....given that mks stores are in essence separate from the joint venture who would be paying for this??... an expensive and time consuming operation. also customers shopping could be sitting there for some hours before the customer collects
all in all a very unsatisfactory excercise i would say

i would think click and collect would have nothing to do with ocado retail as its delivery only ......nothing to stop mks setting up their own store click and collect tho
