You might also want to factor in higher shares in issue on the down side, but increasing price of pozz/perl on the up side.

A remaining risk is transport costs, but with current price of oil (and maybe even electric trucks before too long) that's probably not a big issue.

I've always thought that the CS project should now be seen as the "main event" here, and that all the other projects have become peripheral. I just got interested in them again when I saw my silver ETF is now up 70% from when I bought into it!

As to why customers haven't already done enough bulk sampling, my thought was that until now they've been limited to a 5 acre subarea. Once permitted, they can take samples from all over the site (585 acres) which would (hopefully) give them confidence in consistency of quality into the future.

Yes, we're currently very illiquid. One benefit of that is that there would be very little scope for forward selling in the event of a placement.

I'm really not too worried about a possible placement. In my experience with other stocks, when there is a Really Good Reason for a fundraise then it is often achieved with only a small discount and sometimes even a premium, and the new investors are more likely to be long term. Also PC won't want his 7% diluted too much.

Things are looking rather positive here IMHO.

I see that a payment that Pharmaxis is due from a licensee (Chiesi), which had been delayed, has been (partially) brought forward again.

This may mean they under slightly less pressure to get the LOXL2 deal done quickly. OTOH that might mean they can hold out for a better price.

Obviously LOXL2 is by now a much less significant component of SNG, but if the deal included a significant upfront cash component then that would be very useful right now!

If CS is sold then surely NewPerl will be bundled in with it. The buyer wouldn't want a potential future competitor on its doorstep!

By comparison gold is up around 5%. The gold/silver ratio has dropped from ~120 in March to ~75 today.

Given what's happening with silver (up ~18% in the last week) they must be thinking about Bay State.

Reminder,from the half year report (29 May) :

"Drill programmes being considered for Company's gold and silver projects."

In fact they've short changed themselves this year, as the pricing was based on the post-permit SP!

As others have noted, PC's 7% holding is a big positive here.
