In the short term, this research should make it much easier to argue for compassionate use of SNG001 specifically for those screening positive for the problem genes.

It also makes me wonder if this screening applied retrospectively to the patients in our trials might prove illuminating.

It will always be difficult for you and I to value the private investments in the Arix portfolio. So for me it's significant that, according to the chart on Page 6, the Mcap has dipped below the sum of cash + public investments alone. This makes it very hard to argue that Arix isn't undervalued!

It's a one-page summary of treatments. There was new stuff to be added so they had to drop something, without needing a negative reason.

A significant difference is that Kirkland is "family-owned". They may have decided that an income of circa $2mpa (plus the upfront payment) for no further effort on their part was quite acceptable.

Plus the price of pozzolan is rising at around 10%pa, according to Boral's own figures.

Plus we also have perlite. (Maybe Boral would like to diversify?!)

So there are good reasons why we should do better - if indeed that is the best path forward.

If we go it alone, we'll almost certainly make more money - but money in the future doesn't equate to money in one's pocket today.

Back in May, our revered poster AGEOS told us that Nevada Cement "may need a new source of pozzolan, their new Mustache Pozzolan Quarry apparently producing rather erratically". It would be interesting to have an update on that, but I don't know where he sourced that information.

By my calculation, each $1 in the AUTL SP translates to roughly 2p in the ARIX SP. (I'd be grateful if anyone can be bothered to check this calculation.)

@tottyman : I think the point is that until fully permitted the sampling was limited to a 5 acre region (out of a total 585 acres). Consistency of quality into the future will be important for customers - and even more so for potential JV partners or anyone contemplating a take-over!

@sheldrake : I believe concrete is typically given 28 days to cure before testing, so more patience will be required...

I wouldn't jump to conclusions re Lansdowne. Way back when the SP was falling towards 6p, nearly everyone (including me) assumed it was the Woodford fund being liquidated. But it turned out they hadn't sold anything. It was probably just people expecting that would be happening, and hence selling.
