Am I the only onewondering if it might be better to ease off the lockdown rules now, and actually _encourage_ a 2nd peak during the summer months, when people are better able to cope with it? Then there would be a degree of herd immunity in place for a possible 3rd winter peak that would be potentially more lethal.

I suppose it might be politically difficult though, telling the summer casualties that they've been sacrificed for the longer term good. And this argument only works in the northern hemisphere of course.

The counter-argument might be that we're all hoping a wonderful new treatment will be available by the winter :-)

Not quite, you'd need to know the cross-sectional area of the core (and the density of the rock) to calculate that.

Just to clarify: the "Au" column is grams/tonne. The "Gram/Metre" column is just multiplying this by the interval, to give an overall idea of the quality of the intersection. The "/" is a bit misleading, it might have been better to show it as "Gram*Metre" or even "Metre*gram/tonne".

Have a look at p38 of the updated presentation to confirm.

@Lesserof2weevils : The colouring is based on an over-simplified algorithm*, and is renowned for getting PI's upset when it's wrong.

* It depends on whether the trade price was nearer to the Bid or Ask at the time the trade was reported.

It means it's a late reported sell. Bid/Ask was 29/29.5 at the time.
