No. My point is that she's happy to buy during a precipitous but almost certain very temporary drop and so will profit nicely when the SP quickly resets at its value of two weeks ago (c.427). If she's confident in the future growth of the company, why didn't she buy at the beginning of February when the SP was at its 12-month high?

Her purchase doesn't express to me confidence, it says she's playing the market. I don't necessarily begrudge her that, but I do object to it being taken as a sign of commercial and structural confidence.
