Interesting comparison to Cove. There certainly are odd similarities given that both companies had( have ), similar strategies. One large difference is that Cove raised in excess of $300M within a very short space of time , and at at very low SPs. Also it was taken over more for it's gas rather than oil potential. And the price---£2.40 per share.
Everything I read about Zephyr makes me feel that it will be a great success, and, by the way, causes me to be more surprised that the uptake of it's shares, and their price has been so relatively slow. That, I think, is a prime reason why the BOD is meshing with US markets. They want to be in a position to raise capital at advantageous rates when it may be needed in big amounts.
This BOD is absolutely wide awake. Scarcely a week passes without some thoughtful and well conceived initiative. Brilliant!
In passing I think that some investors may have overlooked the 11acres Zephyr has acquired for $170K in North Dakota where Continental is the operator and where 24 wells are scheduled to be drilled over the next two years, and where the revenue flow will begin in H2 of 2021.
This is the most brilliant and communicative BOD whose enterprise and expertise amazes me afresh almost every day.
