They would be obliged to report crossing these thresholds within two days of the actual crossing and they and/or the company would report it,usually via an RNS. indicates that someone has swopped some warrants they at were granted in NOV 2020 for shares in the company. The price they paid for the new shares was 2p which was the price they were granted at. Yes, it means that the number of existing shares increases by the amount exercised but that is relatively unimportant in a company with over 1.2B shares. Hope that helps.

but I don't think we're really on the same track. The peculiar dealing in ZPHR has been going on for about six months now, not just over the past couple of days or weeks. I do not believe it is in any way related to wider market effects. And , ismalia, I'm heavily invested here already so I certainly don't need to top up. Anyway thanks,both, for your responses.

Despite a uber positive podcast by CH on last Thursday the number of trades on Friday didn't amount to very much and , like the past several months the average number of shares traded continued to be fairly pathetic. A 300k trade in a company which appears to be about to deliver some astonishing results is not the "chunky" trade contributors to this board sometimes call it. We have seen a mere handful,( literally), of 1M+ trades over the past several months.
Where are the institutional buyers for what looks to be a real bargain? I pose myself the question because I feel that there is something afoot here that I cannot understand.

Thebhoys. In any case the scenario you have suggested would not be exclusive of the continuation of CH. He could,(and probably would), stay on with or without a proportion of his holding as he chooses. Again I recommend a reread of the 30 June RNS !

I can't expand, KP4 Ever, because I simply don't know. But your own suggestions seem very plausible to me as possibilities.
I didn't feel that yesterday's RNS answered many important questions. It just dealt with an obligation, and this BOD is impeccable in dealing with those obligations.
I would reccommend you to reread the 30June RNS in conjunction with yesterdays offering,( you too molotovkid because you alluded to it at the time), which seemed to imply that if Paradox/ Cane Creek was a runner that the overlying wells could be massive. Now consider what might be behind all the SP vagaries!!

I pay very close attention to the sp and the number of daily trades. Less than 2m shares in five trades is of absolutely of no consequence , theyknowitall. The average number of shares traded per day over the past five months is hardly more than 7M. Remember that this is a company with over 1.2b shares. My opinion remains that the Company through it's broker is in no rush to advance the SP. That suggest a financial negotiation. Time will tell.

There has only been three trading days of 25k+ since 1 March. In all that time there has been no so called herd activity. And a "big" trade constitutes 250 k, which in the great scheme of things is very little.
The next sp activity is likely to come from financial activity!

That's what I've been trying to suggest,Adon. I think the "major investor " will come from the US. So a US listing will create a "home " market - after the deal is done. Inside the next few weeks? This BOD is wide awake.

Tom, the sp reached 7.1p but hardly"with ease" . It stayed there overnight and it fell 18% the following day!
Malbrad, my favoured guesses are a buyin, or a major investment and I most favour the latter. I dread to think about a large placing which will just lower the sp. The free cash route is just too slow for me,(and I suspect for the BOD). The same BOd are well aware of the need to increase the shares liquidity and I'd bet that is very much on their minds. If the share had good liquidity I believe the sp would be over 9P today. The route thy will choose will,I think, be large investment from outside. But just my guess!

Absolutely brilliant oil company with equally brilliant management. But from a small investor viewpoint something must change if we are to recoup the profits we want.
On only three days during the past six months have more than 3% of the shares been traded on a single day. That won't lead to rapid sp accretion. We have a BOD holding 20% 0f the shares and two large shareholders hollding 10%. None of these are being sold. What are being called "big trades " here are a few 300k trades. Otherwise the low number of daily trades come from small investors hoping to turn a small profit. Not a thing wrong with that but it won't raise the sp significantly. The share is pretty illiquid.
Nor will small US investors bring about any worthwhile change. What will change the scenario is a buyout or,(more likely), a buyin, or action by a major investor. I guess for one of the last two and I also guess that that major mover is waiting upon the details of the highly successful Paradox drilling to commit the finance. That could all happen inthe next couple of weeks!

No sign of any massive after hours trades and the average "big trade " was , as usual, around 300k. And very few of those!
I think we'll see a buyer, or a very large US investor. Then the sp should come to life!
And the US market? Not worth talking about so far. I think what we will see shortly is a farmin, a buyer, or a hefty US investor. There has to be a lot more to this than what we saw today on the back of scintillating news.

There is a mystery about this share. Or more properly there has been since it passed 7p and it still hasn't recovered from the setback,pricewise. it looks as if it's being held back.
Just look at the performance of Lekoil today, and on no news !
I still hold the greater part of my holding and I still believe there will be a turnaround when the BOD want it to happen. I'd just like to know the reason for the tardiness. My view is that the sp should be well over 9p today.

of an uplift for such an incredibly good news RNS. I'd have thought it would have risen by 50% at least!
