......Auctus is better at its Sp prognostications than it was at attracting corporate investors , for which it was brought into ZPHR three years ago at great cost. Its success in that enterprise was ,( and still is) ,a blinding zero. But they're still being paid handsomely by ZPHR !!

CH gives an interview and the price drops! Its all down to charisma don't you know!!

.........fairly good news. But the lack of timelines is yet another indication that the SP is still being managed for the benefit of a farminee. And that the company is probably complicit in this!As I have been asserting for three years!! You will note that none of todays interviewers will ask for timeline details. Because CH won't answer those questions.

...and the only one that sustains my interest is that none of the institutional investors have sold a significant part of their holdings. And they will be well informed as to the actual state of play!

The RNS is promising news and the fact that it makes no allusion to any progress at Paradox makes me think that we may well be closer to production and a buyin than we have been thinking for the past long time. The courageous may prosper soon!

Adon 30, it is really pointless to be talking about reporting on the nonops which have zero influence upon the sp. The share price is now at the level it was at five years ago.So it is high time the company gave the shareholders a full update on the state of play in the company in general. WHAT IS HAPPENING ?

Is correct . And the theory is that the sp is being kept at this level to maintain the attractivity of ZPHR to a buyer or a major investor. Tell me any other reason for the lack of progress over the last four years . It certainly isn't related to MMs making a "killing", because as things stand they're doing the reverse. Well that's a theory to account for four years lacking progress.

That the reason the sp is languishing is that it is being managed to stay at around 3.5p. And it has been so managed for about three years. The MMs are doing what they are requested to do. And CH is doing nothing effective. Simple story really!!

Two trading days from the latest Malchy / CH interview and the SP has fallen back 20%. What an accomplishment! Not managed !! And MTK there ar a heap of nonsequiters in your last post so that you have greatly surprised me. The fact is that Zephyr is a poorly managed company . The USA is full of mega rich companies who could fund Zphr in the blink of an eye. They'd just have to believe in it.And the current management hasn't carried that conviction for three years,,,at least!

Ebband Flows about the lack of a US institutional investor is one Malcy ought to have asked CH , and years ago. Or CH ought to have revealed years ago.

The only likely conclusion is that those investors don't feel secure in the investment.As the current bunch clogging up the data room ,(if they even exist ),don't feel secure.

All he had to say was : We are in the later stages of selecting a partner from those interested. Nothing illegal in that! If it's the truth. And if it is not the truth he's been leading us up the garden path for several months!

The only thing I find extraordinary is the acceptance by the private investors of the perpetual fallback of every SP increase the minute CH opens his mouth. Clearly there is a lack of trust in his pronouncements and his judgements after almost four years of missed deadlines and a more than 50 % fall in the SP. Now that is nothing to write home about! And ,no doubt, we are ,yet again , at the start of another gelid period in his communications.

And still not a single US institutional investor. If I werent heavily invested here I'd lol.

...... just about hit the nail on the head. What an effect that would have on the Sp. And a new ,well respected ,CEO would certainly liven up the folk who've beeen clogging up the data room for six months now. Zphr will succeed but it needs quality at the helm.

Last week when theSP failed to top 4p I just knew we were in for another retreat and that the management of the SP would be intensified. And what better way to accomplisp it than with a Malcy pap interview. And so it was !!It would have been as simple to achieve the task by replying to RB's questions but the sight of CH a buffoon of himself and fools of long term private investors was more effective.

Over three years ago Auctus was brought in by CH expressly to find and encourage American institutional investors. They found none but they'e still there taking their emoluments.

The current SP is a disgrace and the only thing that gives me hope is that the UK institutional investors are holding on . And they surely know the true state of affairs.But no more Malcy interviews please, and also get us a new CEO who better knows how to be honest with the private investors. That shouldn't be too difficult!!

No RNS but the SP begins to fall substantially agaln ,even though the number of shares bought continues to rise. So another ice age in terms of communications begins. You didn'tthink it was going to be that easy , did you !!

Between PXEN an ZPHR. Both are ,to date, relative failures. Both have lost more than half their SP in the last few years. One is currently run by an office boy and the other is about to be run by an office boy. I'll leave you to guess which one is currently run by the office and which office boy is about to run the other!!
