Sorry to disagree papaduke but the performnce of the BOD here over has left a lot to be desired You're quite that Premier Miton Know a lot more about what is likely to happen at ZPHR than we punters but upping their investment to 6% at 3p hardly seems a very brave move to me in those circumstances. an SP rise to 4.5p will see them gain 50% on that portion of their investment while being a far cry from the 10p you predict in 6 to 8 months. So not much risk for PM there yuo'd think.

As for the 100 m investor . Well good on 'em but that investment is for nonop wells and it won't benefit the sp or the shareholders directly.

Fact is that ZPHR has been badly managed over the past four years by a BOD who have missed multiple deadlines and broken many promises to shareholders. Not impressive!!

Darientaylor (9.27 post), a takeover might be the best outcome here. But who is going to buy it. Still not even one US corporate investor in sight.And the BOD here don't seem to know what they're about. They're Nonop investors not oilers.

Just try to get the SP back to the 7.8p it was at four years ago . That'll do! Did someone say "I wish" or are we in for another round of SP management!? Probably the latter!

I think you are partly right about the !00m$ investment being misunderstood but why would ZPHR want to invest the money solely for the fiscal benefit of the provider? Where you are correct ,( by inference ), is that nonop assets hold very poor value in relation to the sp.

Paradox is the asset ZPHR want to develop and they eally need to get the finger out and do that. We've had enough long delays !!

Dsrt2012. Your 19.48 post is prescient. CH comes out with apparent good news but we then realise that the necessary prep work to begin producing oil and gas is still a long way off and without specific , steps and dates. My constant feeling is that CH and co want to be managing a non op oiler, which would be of little or no interest to the stock market), while leaving the Paradox Project to a midoil farminee or even a purchaser. If that's the aim the sooner they achieve it the better.

The current SP is derisory and it is disrespectful to all the longtime punters invested here. Not too troubling to CH and the chairman who are already multi millionaires in the making at today's SP.

Apologies for my lacking a reply to your earlier post but I think you will have now inferred my thoughts fron my previous post. My feeling about the last Rns was that while it was upbeat it did not provide a Paradox plan for the Immediate future, nor an expected timing for the hoped for CPR. It was the usual smiling presentation without much factual good news. There has to be more happening,( and planned ), than what is being shared with shareholders. Go well.

Is now beginning to be peddled here by posters who heretofors were usually quits sensible. Are we to believe that todays paltry trading is part of a serious shorting campaign ? ,( papaduke et al). Or that duffss55 resurrection of a note by Auctus has anything to do with ZPHR. The answer in both cases is NO!

The share is being manipulated , as it has been for a long ,long time and the posters on the other board are just amusing themselves at your expense.

By the way Auctus is the outfit who were brought in a couple of years ago by CH to remedy the the lack of US institutional investors interested in ZPHR. The outcome was a fat fee and no success in the enterprise.

Fact is that CH is not very good at promoting the SP. There is no reason why he cannot indicate a plain interest from any unnamed investor or investors so long as he doesn't name the parties. Fact is that he is a money raising man rather than a true oilman.So there I leave it!!

M Tucker, thank foryou for a couple of interesting posts, but I don't agree with your conclusions. I do not agree that there is a cabal of shorters because ,for one thing the company has all thr ammunition to blow that out of the waterin quick time.

The SP manipulation has been going on now for more three years and I believe it is been carried out to favour a farminee or an investor ,(eg a buyer),and you seem to suggest that CH is sitting frustrated but powerless, I don't think so!

If a CPR is the cure,as you seem to suggest, he should get the finger out. The Sp should now be higher than the 7.8p it stood at over three years ago!

James Oxford, you won't be at all surprised that I do not agree with any of the premises in your post. Nevertheless, thanks for your comments. And ,by the way, I am an investor,(not a trader ), and one with a very specific objecive.

....why CH has never mentioned the stuttering SP in any of his pronouncements over the past three years. Or why he has never taken a question on the matter in any interview. Or ,indeed, why progress has been so slow. Or why he hasn't commented on the fact that ZPHR still hasn't got a US major institutional investor, although he said he was going to take steps to remedy that over three years ago. Result? Zip! He holds enough shares to blow all shorters out of the water. What we see in the RNS's and what we get in the SP are totally at variance with the activity of any up-and- coming oiler.

The share priice has been,(and is still being ) manipulated afer more than three years. Someone wants to keep it in the 3/4p range and they are being facilitated by the MM's who are the current gainers. As for shorters, well there isn't enough volume on a daily basis to skin a goat. Average daily trades of 10 or so million shares (on a good day), in a 1.8B shares company! Shorter dealings deserve better than that. Or somebody doesn't trust the BOD. Let' have a bit of common sense!!

.... there is a great deal the BOD,( and especially CH as its spokesman ) ,could do, and could have done ,in relation to the stuttering SP. But they don;t want to do it as it doesn't suit their book just yet. Grossly unfair to loyal and substantial shareholders.

Zephyr is not being shorted in any significant way. That is just a story . I think it will come good but I don't like the way the SP has been managed over the past few years. Long time for a large shareholder to keep the faith !!

The SP has been manipulated for over three years with the complicity of the company. Hence the second rate presentation of the recent good news! So come on let's hear about the farminee or buyer!!
