About lack of publicity etc., are part of my belief that the company is restraining the price until a farmin or even a takeover might be negotiated. And,Northern Magic, I have no doubt that ,like me you will have noted the brevity and the lack of follow up on the last RNS which merited much more explanation from the company. And how the SP is vibrant in many mornings and slides back in the afternoons. And how it was allowed to slide in the Trumpmania days but it didn't recover very much of it's losses in todays rebound. Some good news but nothing commensurate with the good news in the latest RNS. If I'm right I think that that's a dangerous game, The SP should be at more than double it's current level. That's an opinion and I have no more to say.

I think I have been explaining the reasons for the lassitude in the SP for at least three years now. And ,(apart from misfortune in some drilling), I still believe that the company is complicit in managing it. Still the same, although it may be for our ultimate benefit !

I know the price but that doesn't change anything I've just said.

And the good news RNS the sp is lower than it was a week ago and the spread , at 8%, is still set to discourage buyers. That's not all accidental and it serves to make buyers nervous. Come on BOD lets, have some unequivocal good news. Something exciting to make a real difference!

...a high degree of uncertainty among investors about ZPHR. With the very good news of the last few RnS's the SP should be at leasr double what it is now. Punters are,in the main, reluctant to invest and the number of daily trades is pathetic .The SP at this stage in proceedings should be double what it is ,and the company is not doing anything spectacular to take it off it's low state. Three years or so ago it was almost 8P!

Come on BOD .Enliven the publicity game . Or is it that you just don't want to...yet?!

Zphr is only a 50% owner of the production from State 32-R. May explain the just adequate rise in the SP today. It's a slow process isn't it ?!

For the stockmarkets to play fast and loose with the worlds share prices and thus to make a monumental killing. When they deem the gains to be exhausted ,( within a week or so ), they will find alleged reasons for a rebound and the prices will also rebound. Twas ever thus !

But a super time to buy ZPHR !!

May I suggest that all those who are involved in the boring discussions about the above contact LSE. This ludicrous subject has got nothing whatever to do with Zephyr. So stick to the topic,please.

Thanks Nelson, and to repeat my last post I do not intend to become involved with the niceties of all this but since it is a common feature of the market ,( especially Aim ), I'm not at all sure it is considered illegal.

My opinion is that ZPHR is talking to a likely farminer and that the farminer will have already indicated a buy in price above which that interest would fade.Nothing wrong with that. Certainly stranger things happen in the market.

The owners of the majority of the shares acquired them for the proverbial "bottletops" and to sell a sizeable proportion for somewhere nicely above 3p per share would make them multimillionaires, and it would also suit large private investors like me. and a takeover would be even more welcome. So who loses out ?

Will put money into ZPHR in return for a share in the 18B shares which currently make up (the equity of )the company. Thus the SP is of material importance . It did not affect the funder of the latest drill because that entity contracted for a share of the production from 36-2.

SP management is easily mannaged via one of the companies brokers/ the MMs and is aided by less than enthusiastic commentary (eg the last RNS ) from the company involved.. In my opinion it has been used when deemed necessary to restrain the SP here over the past three years.

Now please don't all get your knickers in a twist because I don't propose to reply .It is my take on the failure of the SP to accelerate despite some brilliant news. At todays state of development this SP should be at least around the 8p it was achieving three years ago. That is my opinion.

The reason that there was no comment from CH allied to the RNS is that they are still talking to the proposed farmin partner and he doesn't want them to provide positive commentary which would increase the SP, which will not please the farminer. Also note that the spread has been increased to further discourage buyers. That is SP management. There, I've said it again!!

M Tucker, my shareholding in Zphr is a long way past 8 million shares!

Just two points:

1. The BOD is not thinking of making an acquisirion. It is looking for a farmin partner and the SP is being managed so that it will be low enough to interest the agreed party. 4 or 5 p might be a likely price in that case. My own view is that the partner has already been found and they are waiting for the 36-2 well results.

2,.I am neither bitter nor "underwater " so that indicates how long ago I came in here and it may also give an idea of the scale of my investment!

The real "nonsense " is contained in the last paragraph of your post telling us that when the "big news", ( whatever that is) ,comes out that the Zephyr SP will reach 30p. I wish! Dream on!

Having been invested here for the better part of 5 years I believe my hypothesis is much more likely.

Not strange at all Risky Business. The clear interest here is, and has been to lure a farm in partner to the table so that the two major shareholder from the BOD can reap the rewards by selling whatever portion of their shareholdings they may deem fit. Thus they wish to keep the SP at a low level until a reliable investor is found. Thus the SP has been managed for at least three years.

It would have been easy to manage the SP in a positive upward direction over the past year but the flow of positive news has been seldom, and surrounded by caveats. So, yet again, the large private shareholders must wait. Today was a day of good news with derisory trading and equally derisory SP progress!

Wasn't it . Like a hamburger at a funeral. This BOD has a way for dumbing down any news. That's why the SP is where it is. Well played again CH !!
