The nonop wells do not affect the SP.They produce revenue.

The oniy probable SP affector from here will be a JV or a sell out.

Remember I told you three years ago ,( and often repeated it since ), that the SP is , (was), being managed to facilitate a JV or a sell off?

Nothing has changed. It just depends whether ZPHR can reach agreement with an interested party.

Traded in one day here is hardly worth the mention . Anyway almost half of them were just housekeeping transactions and the 1.5m trade was almost certainly a buy. Negativity? On that scale hardly. Just run of the mill for recent times here.

Is the outfit CH brought in over four years ago to find one or more US corporate investors.Their rate of success was, and continues to be ,ZERO. So much for what Auctus predicts!!

As a sidebar, the nonop wells have never affected the SP , and they won't affect it now. The only events which will substantially increase the SP are aJV or a sellout ( a takeover.) Nothing else will do. It's sh.t or bust for us from here!

Banburyboy, but the crumb of comfort is that the performance ,( good or bad), of the Williston non ops doesn't normally affect the SP. But we reallly are entitled to some unequivocal good news here.

Papaduke. But what I find most interesting is why ZPHR still hasn't got even one US corporate investor. And CH was talking about rectifieng that omission more than four years ago. What's holding them up for petes sake.

My understanding is that ZPHR is acting as a kind of broker for the investor and that these will be nonop wells from the investors point of view and possibly from Zephyrs point of view. Hawk may be the intermediary. CH has made a cajones of explaining the vehicle,so far.

It appears to have nothing to do with the Paradox programme and as such it is a sideshow.

Bring on the CPR and Paradox production say I !!

It would be good for a start if contributors would change the header from time tt time to make it relevant to the topic under discussion .

Secondly it would be much better if folk would try to write in standard English with proper spelling punctuation and syntax. Show you learned English at school.

One frequent poster here posts comments which are almost illiterate, in up to fifty word sentences. I'd love to understand the points he's trying to make.

A final point: Nobody posting here appears to understand the detailed activity of Zehyr Hawk Nor the detail related to the $100m investor. I wish CH would make that clear for us !

Papaduke , that is the resume of a professional executive and it has its merits. It is not the resume of an "oilman". I was empioyed by one of the biggest oil companies but I certainly would not consider myself "an oillman".

By the way when CH presents to the conference the CPR won't be completed. So there's a drawback.

Like all his RNS's over the past few years. Lots of verbiage but very little clarity or substance, leaving the more optimistic posters to interpret it as they piease.

All the infrastructure work should have been compieted well over a year ago and they shouid ,by now be producing masses of product. Instead the CPR has been entrusted to Sproule with a suggestion that it may be compieted in the third quarter,but with a caveat that it may not!

This company need to come up with a programme , in clear English , telling us what they intend to do and when. As of now it appears to to want to a nonop investor above all else. They are not oilmen, so they shoud get off the tracks.

There are two seperate issues which seem to be confused in the minds of posters here:

1. Some seem to think that Zphr is drilling the nonop wells. They are not. Those wells are being drilled by Slawson Expioration on alreaty proven sites and an interest in them is being acquired by others ( eg Zphr). Hence Nonop Wells from the Zphr perspective.

2. The $100m provided may be used to acquire an interest in further wells to be drilled by Slawson and Zphr may negotiate the deal on behalf of the $100m investor. The only unanswered question is why Zephr is doing all the work for what appears to be little or no gain to its shareholders.

Molotovkid. I am surprised that there is any misunderstanding here . The right to the production from those wells is bought by an investor . ZPHR does no drilling on its own account apart from the Paradox wells . Otherwise it would have have nominated the specific wells as in the Paradox (eg 36-2 etc.,).

The $100M investor is a financial institution which has no expertise in oil and which is pleased to place its funds in the hands of the BOD of ZPHR who now have considerable expertise in this area. I continue to be surprised at the ignorance here of the status of the ZPHR Nonop wells.

If you troll back through the RNS's you'll see who is doing the drilling.

Not sure you're right there ,papaduke. my interpretation is that the nonops are invested in for the oil generated income they yield over time and that they are never avaiiable as drillable assets to whomsoever invests in them. One reason why they are not considered as assets and do not positively affect the SP. Their function is to provide income in the short term to the investor who ,in turn , may apply it to their own ends. Go well.

........the $100m is a side show. Apart from allowing CH to indulge his penchant for buying into nonops it has no immediate benefit to ZPHR. To the contrary it diverts the ZPHR BOD and staff from other production and infrastructure matters which have long affected us shareholders. and which should have been dealt with long ago. Time these well paid executives came up with some genuine good news to impress the market! Like finding an important US instititutional investor! So far Paradox is not showing any forwad momentum which is impressing the market!

The best way is to review the RNS's and the presentations yourself. It's a lot of work I'm afraid.

Friends Adon and papaduke, they have been making similarly optimistic presentations for the past few years but nothing positive and permanent has come from them in relation to the SP. Quite the reverse in fact!

And ,yes, the spread has tightened over the past few days, but that is probably to please Premier Miton who won't want to see their buyin price begin to fall. Let's get back to the 7.8p we were at four years ago. That'll restore my faith!!

It looks as if more and more investors ,and possible investors, here are beginning to accept that there is ,( and has been been for a long time), share price manipulation being perpetrated here. With the blessing of the BOD perhaps!
