For what it may be worth I guess that the BOD is negotiating something spectacular. It could be a farmin, a part sale, or even an outright sale of the company. After all the BOD, like any one of us would like to see a return on their investment in the short term. The key to any such possibility is successful production from Paradox. The other,(smaller), investments which have been made are just failsafes and will provide investment revenue should a grander scenario not be feasible. So we wait for confirmation of Paradox production and a clearer view of the potential of that asset. If Paradox , which has not yielded for decades, turns out to be a mega success then ZPHR will become most sought after b both oilers and investors.
I also think that if there were no restraint upon the SP then ZPHR would be over 10p at this point. Instead, despite brilliant news it's gone nowhere for the past couple of months.
Just guesswork, of course, but there is something illogical happening here.
