HM! Sudden Rebellion.7 Feb 2022 18:53
Well at least by a few punter who are probably frightening the Bejasus out of half a dozen more. Where were they during the second half of 2021 when the SP went absolutely nowhere as it was held back to facilitate the funding of Paradox. That didn't work out as planned and the BOD had to let the sp slide to 5p to facilitate a placing. ALL to provide Funding for Paradox!! And the BOD had to accept a placing with it's concomitant dilution.
Blueshoes: how do you imagine the BOD could have "focused on the development of Paradox" without the assistance of the placing ? You rightly highlight the 7M shares per day traded. It's also been that way for the past 7 months but nobody, (apart from me), was complaining .While the SP was being managed the liquidity of the stock was dreadful. But no one complained about that either.
Now the dust has settled. ZPHR has new Institutional shareholders and augmented "old" institutional shareholders, so the liquidity will be addressed, there will be a market for the shares and the SP will rise. An interesting point is that throughout the past 7 months none of the current institutional shareholders sold . And believe me they know more than we do!
Another few weeks, post CPR, I reckon the situation will change and the SP will resume it's upward path. Well I haven't sold any of mine!!
