It also says the 4 million coincided with half term. And this is all before we switch PCR over to LFD in 4 days.

Rough guess:
If only 1/4 population test themselves 2 times a week, 325 million is about a 10-week buffer.

67,000,000 / 4 * 2 = 33,500,000 weekly tests.
325m stockpile / 33.5m weekly tests = 9.7 weeks stock. ‘ish.
