Those posting email addresses, keep reposting. You will see from Keepwell's post that having the address provided gives people the juice to write the tedious complaint email. And it works - it's called teamwork!

Alavib - well done & thanks on behalf of all. A number of members will, am sure, done heavy grunt work writing to all potential support points. The purpose of the last couple of days was to encourage as many others as possible. One's best effort is all one can give.
Don't expect response from RB. He will be inundated with suggestive emails, containing only a few gems. His value (he will know this)is figuring out via discussions with Counsel, the best avenue(s). Our job is to feed him, give him space to pick and choose. He has to choose the moment to fire the gun - it's heavy responsibility. I wrote to RB suggesting he pick up phone to FCA - your emails and FCA contact will reinforce the point

CA silence will be because they are loading gun carefully and legally. Silence will end soon.
They will have good Counsel on this (likely QC), but no one misses nothing
CA or Counsel can pick up phone to FCA and be listened to. RB or Counsel may not have thought of co-opting FCA in adjournment request. Your emails will prompt them, and perhaps assist if they consider it good idea. Let me know your thoughts

Alavib - messages crossed over. Will take time to phrase properly, take time and be happy with content. The FCA may wish to attend to appraise the court with relevant information etc etc. Paint a clear picture of possible implications - better to overstate than understate. And mark urgent etc - HAS to be read by a senior

Alavib - I see British post. He sees the importance. The FCA will definitely wish to protect their ass. A junior may currently be communicating with you and not have seen the implications. They need spelling out. It will take an hour of your time to phrase and write properly. Please tell British if you are able to do. You have the 'in' at present. And British and I already have a list of emails to other parties to get off

In an ideal world Nicola Sturgeon would pick u the phone to FCA and request they attend and request adjournment

Alavib - the Judge may be looking also to protect his/her ass. A good 'hook' upon which to hand a 'postponement' decision would be the FCA needing further time. The FCA can present the helpful hook to the Judge

Alavib - I suggest you immediately respond to the FCA requesting that they ask permission of the Court to attend the 21 May hearing. In order to appraise the court of their enquires and the likely timespan before they will be able to determine if a formal investigation is merited. Their reason for attending being to assist the court in determining whether it may be appropriate for the hearing to be adjourned until that time. The court will not refuse FCA attendance request. The FCA can get court details from Hurr. Neither the Court nor the FCB would wish to be in the position of seeing the 21 May application succeed, and later finding that a formal investigation of Hurr & BoD proves wrongdoing of any kind (serious egg on face time). Make this plain. You will need to word it correctly. I would also head it: URGENT - TO BE CONSIDERED BY SENIOR OFFICER
