Hasiba - your reposting of the addresses every few hours is hugely effective and noticable, stands out a mile, do keep doing. Is there any way of editing it to indicate next to the chancery listing address that that is the address to write to re Friday/s 21 May hearing?

Chancery.JudgesListing@Justice.gov.uk is apparently the email address one uses if one wishes to send an email to be placed before the Judge. We do not appear to have as yet obtained a case number. If you write, please ensure that the Hearing Date 21 May, and Re: Hurricane Energy Hearing top your email, in order that the listings clerk can easily identify the case file, and which judge to place the emai(s) before.

the central issue here is that your posting header will confuse people.
you may wish to write to Hurr's sols, so do so
but many will write believing that what they write will be place before the judge

THE CRUCIAL ISSUE here is that people will be writing to Dentons unaware they are Hurr solicitors. They will imagine their letter will be placed before the Judge - whereas they will end up in the bin. IN A WAR - KEEP THINGS SIMPLE!!

Then you need to delete the title thread /your post(s) that have any mention of Dentons, so that only those with the court/judges email are left. Otherwise many forumites are going to be emailing Hurr's lawyers with their representations meant for the judge (ie.misdirecting them)!! What do you think Hurr's lawyers are going to do with them

OGA have long established links with Shell & BP.
A former Hurr v.senior board member told me in plain French the OGA suddenly turned from helping Hurr to be complete cn*ts.
My instinct tells me the OGA is smelly. I would bet the farm they are. Little men in longstanding power positions - like head of traffic in local government. What to do about it - that's the problem
