CA have pulled trigger - most welcome. Exceptionally well constructed RNS. I hope CA are represented by QC on Friday and are permitted to speak.
Listings Office yesterday confirmed receiving inordinate number of shareholder emails, which WILL be viewed by Judge.
Have emailed RB of CA advising of this - so Counsel may make use of and refer to this, if deemed appropriate.
Those who have not yet written - PLEASE WRITE - Judge will take note, and CA Counsel's job be made easier

British has posted sample template letter to Judge - can be amended as people see fit - ensure Case No etc is in Subject bar

Terrific Tuesday - we now have:-
1. Case No CR-2021-0008532 + name of Judge.. Listed for 10.30am.
2. Email address we KNOW letters to Judge are arriving safely, and that emails have already arrived in quantity
3. Confirmation that emails ARE being placed in case file and Judge WILL have sight of them

You are correct. CA will pull the trigger soon. BUT - do not underestimate our writing impact - if the Judge has any application from CA to postpone sine die or any variation - he will take ESPECIAL note of EXTRAORDINARY number of shareholder emails.
And CA QC WILL refer to those emails - I will appraise CA this evening of today's developments.

Well done. The essence in a nutshell email. We now have case no, time, judge name, email address, been told already INORDINATE emails received which Judge WILL read. I IMPLORE all shareholders not already written to set 1-2hrs aside for the grunt work or writing email. Boring and tedious- but NEEDED. Do not leave it to others!. Judge is not silver spoon - comprehensive education - no fool - crawled over broken glass to be Judge - will see scam a mile away. WRITE YOUR EMAIL - DO NOT SLEEP UNTIL YOU DO

The 10 May update states that well6 remains producing 11,600 bpd on a standalone basis. the April figures were lower only because part of the time it was producing in tandem with the other well for test purpose etc

1. Due to volume already received, if wishing to (i) write stuff for judge to consider + (ii) request to attend virtual hearing - ONE(1) email better than 2 separate. Suggested email subject heading (in Subject box):-
'Case CR-2021-000852: Hurricane Energy: 21.05.21 - Information To Be Placed Before Judge + Request too Attend Virtual Hearing'
2. Suggested email structure -
'Your Honour
Para 1 - 'Please may I be permitted to attend the above Virtual Hearing, to be held via Microsoft Teams on 21.05.21 at 10.30am'

Para 2- 'I would also be inordinately grateful if you would consider the following information prior to making a decision on the Hearing subject. (then write whatever you are minded to etc etc, ie the guts_)

She said chanceryjudges email had already received considerable volume of representations from shareholders, which have already been added to the case file. And that the judge would definitely examine these. She could not comment on what if any weight the judge would attach to them. She believed judge would likely allow requesting shareholder to LISTEN IN

NOTR - hearing is via Microsoft TEAMS (easy and free to download - just google etc) I repeat Microsoft TEAMS

Here is case number and hearing time. Spoke with Charlotte Brice. If you wish to listen to virtual hearing, email Charlotte.Brice@justice.gov.uk stating you are a Hurricane shareholder and request that you be allow the virtual hearing (ref case no and time etc) to be held by Microsoft teams. All requests will be placed before Judge on Thursday and if blanket OK given, all writers will be informed yes by email
Note: All emails sent to Ms Brice re info a shareholder wishes to inform the judge of, will be placed in the file for judge to consider if judge wishes to. Numerous emails have already been received and are already in the case file

If you think this good idea, please can amend your Keep Writing these emails post to include it in the Judges section? Anything which helps peeps emails land in the Hurr case file for the Judge can only be good
