Excellent, Hasiba - all clear as a bell and peeps can choose what to do. We all know how much easier it is to write if one has contact up front and bold. Induces many more to write as peeps simply dont have enough time or emotional juice to both write and hunt in the middle of busy days. Am sure many intending to write breath a sign of relief when they see your post reposted

Dont know how these things work, only used Teams once and we could all see speak and hear. But from that Ms Brice said - she said 'listen in', it may be that is all we may be permitted to do. Would make sense - it's lawyers day, can't see Judge wanting poss 100-200 shareholders being able to butt in, would be almost impossible to control.

If poss, and only if you consider appropriate, possible to include the direct Hurr BoD email addresses. As per list posted by British, so are in front of peeps if they wish to write requesting immediate EGM? Having all email addresses in a single post helps all enormously

Have just spoken with Charlotte Brice Listings Clerk. She believes that invites will be sent this afternoon to those who emailed requests.

And I bet there are at least a couple of the NED's wishing they could make, at this late stage, an honourable 'about-face' to save their professional reputation (and future earning capacity in sinecure NED position, and remove themselves of risk of personal financial (and possibly more) ruin. There will certainly, since CA pulled the trigger, have been a few heated finger pointing and 'if only' BoD Zoom sessions. Throw a little salt in a wound- stir things up - people soon start to scream and look to self preserve

Invest -of course continue to write to those agencies etc you name (I did so days ago)
But be under no illusion that the BoD are under great pressure and will be worrying greatly.
Collective emotional pressure works - note how the paid ramping canaries on this forum are despised precisely because the emotional pressure they seek to exert drags peeps down unless experienced enough to identify and counter it. Or how a hostile home team football crowd affects visiting teams. Emotional pressure affects and influences human decision making.
Of course the BoD won't answer emails. But that is not the point. Directors have a fundamental decision to make as to when they call the EGM. How would you feel if you received a hundred or so emails form reasonable people asking and implying that you make your decision ethical? Guilt-fear and pressure does change one's decision making process. Worry makes, at least to some extent, the self preservation instinct kick in - I would imagine that the CEO & CFO are both privately considering (since they are not yet proposed for the axe) if their is a way they could survive longer term if they threw the NED's under the bus

Aduk, sorry, I strongly believe your wrong, we must differ. NEVER ASSUME! The BoD are human - their spirit can be sapped. They must choose a prompt EGM, or run the clock down for 3 weeks and hold one post June 11. Let us exert pressure
Emails to the Court have had effect. Emails to FDA etc had & have effect. Emails to BoD member WILL have effect, Emailing does not mean emailing to FCA ceases - it is an adjunct.

I strongly urge all to spend 5-10 mins on a single email (draft posted earlier) copied to BoD members (email addresses also posted) - don't ask, don't get!

All that is required is the writing of a single email, copied to all email addresses listed

I suggest all shareholders send the following email (or worded as one chooses), to all board members:-
'As a shareholder, I write requesting and urging that shareholders be given IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY to vote on the resolutions set out in Crystal Amber's Requisition of General Meeting. In order that resolutions may be voted on prior to the Court Hearing listed for June 11 2021'

I am sure that such an email, received by each board member from several hundred shareholders will make clear the depth of feeling. And may induce the board to collectively understand that it is both more ethical and pragmatic to hold the EGM in a timely manner
