Have spent an hour reading PlantedBHA posts, the last of which occurred 05.5.21 (5 May 21) his post was headed 'Remember The Names Involved'. It takes a little finding - but well worth the effort. Then click his poster name to see all his posts.
I urge all to have a decent read. He predicted oil at $80, that bonds would be repaid by Jan 2021, and that the then new BoD was corrupt. High in tech knowledge, he argued the water was perched water. He did not accept the BoDs rewriting of HURs assents, no the ERCE report. Because of his tech knowledge some believe he was Dr Trice. He commenced posting shortly after Dr Trice was ousted, then stopped suddenly as the Scam battle hotted up.
All I can say is - they are worth a read, and then some.

Less than 4 months since court ruling. 2 new NEDs. Give the poor sods time. And bit difficult write forward plan when dont know how many pennies you will have in bank to spend. And can't do out till next late spring. summer weather window

reason deal hasnt been sorted with Bluewater is that Maris and Chaffe know as soon as announced will look even more stupid and criminal. so will be burying the process in minor detail and irrelevance and possibly even be seeking to derail a deal. reality being that it back of a fag packet deal capable of being sorted out face to face in an afternoon over a pot of coffee by 2 companies mutually dependent upon each other. delay will be down to maris and chaffe, not BW

So many moving parts at present. CA buying more is one - am sure they will be thinking and planning 1-2 steps ahead given the oil price bonus which is expected to continue. Time will tell. The best driver for anything remains constant - stable production and high PoO. This continues and all else will fall into place piece by piece. Also, we do not know who and what drove the new NED appointment - we assume as CA but there again it may not have been. Could even have been Maris & Chaffe starting to see the light.

It is my view that seizure of whole assets + 15 years jail time for every board member would be minimally appropriate. For ringleaders Maris, Chaffe & Mctiernan, I would apply 25 years jail time
The damage to people's lives, over many years and often irrevocable, is ALWAYS unstated and unhighlighted when white collar crime occurs

Having formally requested NEDs investigate, and having had it confirmed that they will do so, I do not believe that CA will let the matter rest until and unless something which can be trusted is issued by the NEDs

sorry, have spilt blood twice already, couple of months at scam time, and 2-3 weeks recent. know peeps appreciated, but few comprehend the time and emotional energy cost. did it twice cos absolute necessity and knew likely no one else would or could do as effective

FSA IMO will do zilch whilst HUR NEDs investigate. If NEDs find something, then FSA may step in.
so emails to FSA (just copy email to HUR to FSA - no need reinvent the wheel) will help so that FSA already primed to step in if NEDs find something.
all is needed is a well titled post which includes the FSA email address. peeps will do the rest

New NED biggest thing in RNS - finance guy to complement 2 oil NEDs. Will be CA agitation. Now 3 v 2 in boardroom, CEO & CFO harder to do naughties
