the 2 new NEDs only been in place 3 months and had a plateful to sort out from day 1
maybe they will have time to consider in next few months
a couple of gently emails to CA suggesting they consider doing so may help - though am sure RB of CA already aware of value of BoD having skin in the game

I write to support The Crystal Amber Fund request that a committee (comprising the non-executive directors) be established with a mandate to investigate certain matters. Principally (in lay terms):-

1. Why Bonds were not bought back until August 2021, at only a discount of 22%. And not at any earlier time, when a discount of up to 70% was available?

2. Why circa $17 million was expended on a restructuring plan which the High Court rejected out of hand?

3. Is there evidence of conspiracy between the then Board of Directors and Bondholders?
