I have today sent the below email to the 2 HUR Non Executive Directors, namely John Wright (Chair & NED), & David Craik (NED). Their email addresses are -

The Company carries Director & Officer Insurance. This would be triggered should malfeasance be found, and $17 million (or more) potentially recovered from the insurer and/or any former or present director.
An investigation would also give many long term shareholders (many of whom have already lost large sums and experienced huge stress) peace of mind ascertaining & understanding how and why events occurred as they did.
The Forum worked wonderfully before in achieving what was required, via concerted email campaign.

I write to support The Crystal Amber Fund request that a committee (comprising the non-executive directors) be established with a mandate to investigate certain matters. Principally (in lay terms):-
1. Why Bonds were not bought back until August 2021, at only a discount of 22%. And not at any earlier time, when a discount of up to 70% was available
2. Why circa $17 million was expended on a restructuring plan which the High Court rejected out of hand.
