The AGM is not the place for new information, as I said multiple times, it's illegal to hold back information. This RNS is a summary of where we are based on information already released.

This isn't a "troll" or someone with "negative spin". This is someone self-medicating his acquired brain injury from his schoolboy rugby days with large quantities of Tesco Value gin. He doesn't own any shares here and never has.

He wants the board to spell out their "plan and dates" but without "jam tomorrow" - I can't for the life of me tell the difference.

Typically in the past the AGM has brought a lot of excitement primarily from JM who, while telling the complete truth as he saw it, tended to get very excited and used lots of imminentlys and that sort of thing. Peter strikes me as a very different sort of person, he seems to be very knowledgeable and very practical but is unlikely to throw around the kind of rhetoric that we've come to expect from an AGM. That said if we do hear that sort of flamboyant positivity from him I think it's an order of magnitude more valuable and trustworthy than we've had in the past.

It is their duty but not their main one. And that duty is fulfilled via RNS. For every £ I've funded the company I hope far less than a penny is spent on replying to nervy emails.

The AGM won't bring clarity unless there's RNSable progress between now and then. There isn't any legal route to hold onto information and release it later at an AGM. Borup's statement and manner will be informative, however.

No easier for them than us and in our nearly 15 years of false starts not a single idea, product or company has made any better progress in replacing HFO.

46G - under what logic do you feel the company could be "sold" (the shareholders own the company) and if it could be, why do you feel it's worth more than today's 2.81p a share?

It seems you've provided a sort of ultimatum "do some business or else" but the "or else" is missing. And a similar ultimatum is missing for the BoD as well. "Hey MSC, buy our fuel or... or..."

This isn't a criticism of you or your letter, quite the contrary, I think it's exposed the very difficulty the BoD has always found itself in. The new CEO (who hasn't made any promises nor raised any funds) seems to at the very least understand the difficulty that Quadrise finds itself in, not having the power to push around other parties.

Remember: by far the most likely outcome in investing in a pre-commercial AIM stock is bankruptcy and total loss. The fact this hasn't happened and looks very much like it won't is a simple bonus. We knew 15 years ago we'd get 10% a year with an S&P tracker but decided to roll the dice. Complain, as is your right, but that complaint will be criticised, as is ours.
