HF14, who won't read this, seems not to understand what a cash forecast is. Yes, it makes the assumption of receipt of Valkor funds. It also makes the assumption we'll SPEND money too - everything in the future is an assumption. This self-declared Captain of Industry has apparently never seen a cash forecast before.

Sigh. The business expert speaks again. Yeah, there are contractual assumptions *both* ways - if they continue to employ this staff roster, pay the office bills and utilities then that results in a monthly cost assumption just like Valkor returns result in an income assumption

Reality is, Peter's done this before and done it successfully. Multiple CEO roles, long term and in this very industry. It's not just the contacts but the actual role. He confident because he knows he can do this and he knows he can do this because he's done it before.

Regarding Peter's LinkedIn - his employment history all specifies location and whether it's remote or on site - he has relocated from Copenhagen to London specifically for this role.

He's also had other CEO roles previously, including with Norvic, a global shipping company that does chartering, bunker procurement and vessel operation and has offices in Houston, NYC, Copenhagen, Dubai, Toronto, Singapore and Mumbai. Moving from a this sort of role with this sort of seniority to Quadrise is a huge statement about where he thinks he can take Quadrise.

This is nonsense. Under MAR, there is a 30 day closed period before results are announced but in addition to this, no one (employees, their close relatives or associates or anyone at all) with inside information can buy or sell shares. There is no red line here - while insiders will always have a better view of the company than the public, not all information is price sensitive enough to disqualify trading by insiders. This is why the company will rely on its own counsel, legal team, compliance department or in the case of Quadrise, they will always put the question to their NOMAD before employees purchase or dispose of shares. Specific times when Quadrise employees can't trade (outside of a closed period) might be when they have knowledge of a signed contract or a (genuinely) imminently signed contract that the public doesn't.

I think, from the structure of the recent RNS, that a significant change from the CEO will be the announcement of timelines and target dates, and where these are announced there will be careful qualification - I think this is the end of the era of "imminent" along with wild guesses as to the dates of pipeline progress

I hate to be so definite about things, but it definitely isn't possible for him to be buying (or selling) shares here and it's most probable he will never be allowed to do so. C-suite hires acquire shares or warrants for shares on a programmatic basis, often connected to elapsed time, price performance or other metrics. This will be the same for all employees of Quadrise because it's a small company and even lower down employees will be insiders.
