The other thing is, at the point of revenue or commercialisation or whatever you want to call it, a wave of new buyers will enter the market and they won't have our emotional baggage - they won't have spent 15 years in the stock wondering if it would ever do anything, they won't have seen 12p go to 1.5p go to 4p, rinse and repeat. They'll decide they want to be in the share at a wide range of acceptable prices (to them) according to potential future revenue, and the more people buy, the higher the share price, the more noise around the share, the more potential buyers. And then you get into indexes - and that's when the wave hits - the following month you get all the money from the FTSE AIM All Share, the FTSE AIM 100 and so on and that's the way the share price should jump and jump ahead really quite dramatically.

Yeah, this is the thing with shares like this. You'll have a few people who are willing to sell a small number of shares at, say, 3p. A greater number of people willing to sell a much greater number of shares at 5p, 7p, 10p. This means that there's not a lot of liquidity at a low share price which results in a near instant share price jump to these higher levels when news appears. You get a keystone RNS and you have people wanting to buy in significant quantity, but there won't be sufficient shares available to do so anywhere near this share price.

Phibatec is a hybrid: the company is "Marshallese" for registration but "Liberian" for governance. Pretty standard especially for companies with active or legacy investments in shipping since both are Flag of Convenience jurisdictions.

Any transfer/sale like this is done when the view is that the share price is cheap and is likely to rise, eliciting a smaller taxable event.

Correct. It's the lack of *bad* news (we've only had delays on *good* news, but no actual negative news which would legally have to be RNS'd) plus Peter now at the helm that, in my opinion, makes this share in particular phenomenally undervalued.

As a thought experiment, imagine if - at the same time - MSC and Cargill said that Quadrise isn't for them and that they're going in another direction, and on the same day, Sparkle said they'd like to sign a commercial deal to only use MSAR.

What I'm trying to get across is that we've got a fat pipeline, an active pipeline, and a diversified pipeline. That's worth a lot of money, even pre-revenue.

The share price went from 8p to 4p in response to a fund raise eliciting a mere 9% dilution. Pre-revenue, the share price is not tied to logic at all but suffice to say: we're at 2.7p from 8p and there's not been a single bit of bad news to account for it. That's why I said it's so cheap at the moment.

However... there's a big difference between active progress - which I believe is happening currently - and RNSable milestones, which I don't believe will happen before the end of the year. That absolutely doesn't mean nothing is happening or will happen, just that it won't cross the point of requiring an RNS.

There are no MSAR competitors, there've been decades for people to try and there's never been one and there zero evidence for there ever being one. If you currently burn HFO for any application you can switch to MSAR with minimal capital expenditure and start saving money from day one as well as reducing your emissions. There is no other product in the world that can do that.

Don't forget to announce your next private trip to the R&D facility so you can stare gormlessly at machines you don't understand and ask questions on subjects you haven't a hope in grasping.
