If we are already in Q3 then it means any time in Q3. We are not, so I would say the general thrust is in the latter part of Q3, with the stated qualifier that we need to have the bilateral agreements signed *first* - so, specifically, there is no stated timeline by Jason here.

Very good, and our previous agreements from years back were not "binding" - they weren't announced as such - so they must have put their parties to a lower standard of commitment?

Can someone who is knowledgeable please explain our binding three way agreement to me - specifically what about it is binding - who is bound to what - and how this then differs from previous agreements which may not have been binding. Thank you in advance.

The much more likely explanation for a 7 year account hiatus is that he was using one of his other accounts till now, it grew unpopular and so he decided to revive this one. Regular posting on one share, a break of 7 years and then regular posting on the same share and on the same theme is highly unlikely otherwise.

It can often be an insurance requirement too.
