For sure. I don't know precisely what it all means - Sparkle is on track. But what track? I suppose it'll become clear when it becomes clear. Another point is that I wrote to the individual I always write to and received a reply from that person's email address as usual, although it was signed off as Investor Relations instead.

But my greatest unknown is the "binding tripartite agreement" and what's really in it and what about it makes it binding but I suppose no one knows but the signatories since the content of the contract hasn't been made public. Based on all information, I'm confident on all fronts but in my mind I'm thinking November! But, should we receive positive news and progression on all fronts in the dead of winter I won't complain!

When you log in to your brokerage account and see 8p and then your total holdings it feels far better than 2.5p and your holdings worth almost a quarter of what they were but keep in mind that progress should be measured in progress, not in share price movement - the latter following the former and never the reverse.

Thank you for your email, we fully appreciate your frustration.

We are doing all we can from our side to progress the MSC agreements but MSC are a huge company with multiple priorities. We have had no indication from MSC that they are not committed to the trial. If MSC had expressed that they were no longer interested in proceeding with the trial then we would be obliged to communicate this via RNS.

Whilst we are also still awaiting approval from OCP’s boiler OEM to proceed with the trial in Morocco, project activity at Sparkle remains on track.

We will update the market via RNS as soon as there is additional news to report and appreciate your patience.

I wouldn't either, but there was not certain of guaranteed date ever given - the so-called delays are delays of expectation, not positive in any way but not negative news, rather: no news at all. News comes, exclusively, via RNS. If one of the parties had, for example, walked away, that would come immediately via RNS. There's been no news, and it's frustrating and annoying and all too familiar. But it's still no news rather than bad news. Like last year and that resulted in a binding tripartite contract.

I don't believe anyone who took up the offer did so in the hope of selling at 4p or 6p or 8p. They invested in and supported the company to one day sell when the company eventually succeeded and, so, it isn't important where the share price goes before then, whether it's 2.5p or even 12p. This is a long - too long - and frustrating road, but we're here hoping for positive news, not share price swings in the absence of that news. We've gone from 8p to under 3p without negative news, only on the basis of news perhaps three months later than we hoped

Yes but the most important RNS we've ever had - the tripartite binding agreement - was much more recent. Your wording makes it seem like we haven't had important news since 2023 but that's far from true and very misleading

Better to be a "basher" - more logical and a better chance of being right occasionally.

Also a LONO is to do with acquiring insurance (at a reasonable price). If something goes wrong at sea, it's a big deal - hard to fix and there's cargo that needs to be dealt with too. A powerplant has notmne of that, you can basically just fire it up and be on your way

Sure, and everyone else is lower. It's not all wage bill obviously but almost everything a technology company does is eventually wages somewhere down the line - it's not like they're buying barrels of crude oil or anything.

I think it's that we played it safe and in hindsight, too safe. In any raise, whether it's IPO or subsequent placing it's "greed" versus safety. You'll see major IPOs where the share price rockets the day after and they'll be absolutely kicking themselves because it means they set a price too low. But set a price even fractionally too high and you risk the placement failing. They probably guessed that 4p instead of 5p doesn't really matter long term if the goal is to be a blue chip company, against not having enough money to continue in business. But, sure, they could've done 5p.

We haven't transitioned to a commercial enterprise for years. We've hardly had nothing. If we'd finalised a commercial contract we'd be at 80p, so that much is pretty obvious. We've got a fat pipeline. Half of it could fail, the rest could be delayed 6 months and we'd still be a FTSE 100 company.
