Interesting that you spend so much time writing about and researching a company that you claim to have no faith in… most investors would just move on elsewhere. Anyway I will continue to hold my millions of shares until the game plays out. As a geophysicist by training I think I probably have a better understanding of the potential here than you do.

A bit of background on Draslovka and glycine leaching. Sounds like lots of companies are trialing the product so to get an exclusive agreement for Zambia / DRC could prove it be a great deal.

I didn’t really know much about the Storuman Flurospar Project in Sweden, having invested based on the more recent Zambian assets, however a positive decision by the mining inspectorate would be a huge positive for the company.

I notice that the Swedish government appointed a new Chief Mining Inspector a few weeks after the decision to look again at Tertiary’s application.

It’s not like the big players haven’t been shouting about this for a while now but it’s still going to catch people by surprise when it happens.

Another thing which comes to mind, as the cut-off grade gets lower, you need to mine much more to get the same results, generating huge volumes of tailings. Any process which can increase the economics of these low grade deposits, like being able to process the oxide caps or extracting more value from tailings….

Nice to see TYM getting some attention after such a long period under the radar, even if most of it is from rampers and derampers! Hopefully it will bring it to the attention of those with a slightly longer attention span.

Now the rampers seem to worked themselves into a frenzy, I thought I’d repost this, for any new people who might actually want to know something relevant to the company:

1. The Konkola West JV has now passed due diligence and is at the document stage, it seems very likely to happen. No word on who the partner is but given that they were sharing data with KoBold Metals and are exploring the same deposit, it seems likely to be them.

2. The copper anomaly mapped at the Mukai license crosses into the FQM Trident license area and FQM were drilling the same anomaly. TYM are in a data sharing agreement with FQM who are looking for deposits to extend the life of the Trident project. I’d be very surprised if there wasn’t news of a JV here soon too.

3. TYM snatched the Mupala license from under the nose of Anglo American and own 100% of it. Anglo are currently drilling just a few Km away on the JV with Arc Minerals looking for Tier 1 deposits. The geology they are drilling extends into the Mupala license.

Is that the sound of Peggy finally packing his bags… no? Maybe just wishful thinking 😉

Mikie, Leon alluded to that, wanting to secure as much as possible whilst they have first mover advantage, as they did with fine chrome.

Another thing that was briefly talked about in the press briefing was that they were re-negotiating terms on certain dump sites in order to give local youth more of a share, this may all be tied up in the Mopani deal and MOU… just speculating.

Looks like the herd have arrived. Maybe one or two will take the time to read why the share price might be undervalued and stick around!

Gotreal, I know you are 100% positive on JLP but we need to acknowledge when there are issues. The 500-800 tpm of copper from Roan was never achieved. From what I’ve understood from the AGM, this was to some degree admitted as a problem in trying to process tailings along with hard rock. Hence the change to Roan, no longer processing tailings (at least for now) and focussing on waste rock and RoM, with the new modular front end extracting the oxide concentrate and Roan itself extracting the sulphide concentrate.

As Nelson said, when you are pioneering In a field there will be mistakes along the way, I’m prepared to accept that, others might feel differently.

The large scale tests with the Gly-leach process are due to conclude mid December so if things have gone as well as the early results suggested, then we could get some very good news from that.

I’m intrigued about the Chambishi Metals announcement following the Mopani announcement. Are the two connected? I’d sort of assumed that door was being closed due to the low cobalt price but maybe not… that could be another interesting development in the next few weeks.

Given that it’s currently the largest income stream its worth noting that the chrome ore price continues to be strong at US$280-285 / tonne for 40-42% grade. Hopefully we should start seeing the benefit of the higher margin Thutse ore coming through in the next set of numbers.

PGM basket price for Q2 is currently marginally higher than Q1 but essentially about the same.

Sibanye said there would be massive job cuts if they took over Mopani, IHC said they will not cut any jobs, that might have been one factor in their favour. Of course they have massive resources available too.

I watched the briefing, interestingly it was announced that news on Chambishi Metals reopening will follow soon.

Minister of Mines announced that there will be a press briefing on Mopani tomorrow morning, lets hope this gets a few wheels turning!

It’s not a case of being right or wrong…. He’s a liar plain and simple. Anything he ‘may’ have got right is more luck than judgement.

Gray1, surely you must have noticed that Bushytailed lies in every post that he spews out on this board… if you believe anything he has to say then god help you is all I can say.

Copper doesn’t come out of the ground at a fixed grade, they will try to manage the mix of input material to try and have as near as possible a consistent feed.
