Looks like he added about 71 million shares, or about a third of the total placing.

Well it looks like Slater picked up some of those placing shares, now up to 12.24% ownership.

Buttermilk is a bit dumb, he doesn’t realise that the cobalt grades in DRC are very much higher than in Zambia therefore it’s much easier to produce. Also they are producing it as a by product of very high grade copper therefore the margins are much much higher. If Jubilee was operating in DRC then they would be doing as well if not better than ERG are doing…. Guess what, Jubilee has the exclusive rights to the Glyleach process in DRC….

Cheers Northern. I also think I know who’s building our modular plants. If I’m right then I don’t think we have to be concerned about if they work… they are a specialist company who design and build modular plants full time. I think it’s likely the same company who worked on the Inyoni upgrade. The key thing is once you have the concentrated oxide copper, can you then process it to cathode. They have already said that material is being taken from project M to Sable unconcentrated and processed to cathode at a profit.

Leon mentioned that project 'M' was actually named something like Munkoy. I did a bit of digging and found this mine:

They had a 10 year small scale mining license issued a few days before the project was announced by Jubilee. Could be the one.

There are lots of junior explorers out there, some of them have JV’s with majors, yet non are attracting the sustained trolling and deramping that ARCM has had over the last couple of years. We all know why that is 😁

A higher copper price will encourage more exploration and potential JV’s for TYM and other juniors. Drilling results are what will really drive the SP and if we can get someone else to pay the drilling costs all the better.

Of course the Storuman decision is also pending, that could be announced at any time. It’s been a few months since the Mining Executive were told to re-assess the decision.

Personally I think we will see assays from Botswana first. The JV was finalised and money paid on or around 10th November so getting on for two months ago.

From what’s been said from the investor evening, Anglo are drilling deep at Cheyeza East, if thats just to establish the deep geology or because they believe there is a deep ore body in that area… I guess we will find out in due course. Anglo are using the BoxScan technology to scan every core which gives much more information than a typical handheld scanner does. I guess it depends if they are prepared to release news based on those results or if they plan to wait for third party assays to be completed.

You have to understand Bushy’s sad history here to appreciate why he trolls this board. He previously posted as ‘Plathunter’ and still uses that name on the other board where he posts on HUM. He was very positive on Jubilee up until just before the PGM rally which pushed the price into the 20’s. He sold out just before that and re-appeared as Bushytailed a little while later, posting on the HUM board. He started trolling here when he realised he’d name a mistake in selling out and missed out on a multi-bagger. To make it worse the investment in HUM has not gone particularly well either! He’s a bitter little man who can’t own his mistakes.

It’s interesting to look at this regional gravity map of the Domes and note how the known ore bodies relate to it. As mentioned, the gravity highs (red) relate to deep intrusions of mantle material. Ore bodies tend to occur close to these / on the slopes where the gravity field is rapidly changing.

Obviously the Arc JV is well placed, positioned close to two gravity highs. Other interesting licenses belong to African Pioneer, Tertiary Minerals (notice the recent copper anomaly at Mukai which lies on a line of rapidly changing gravity). The Zamare Minerals license at Kalene Hills also looks interestingly positioned, if they ever complete the IPO that they were planning it might be one to watch.

Looks like they’ve brought another one out of retirement as a proxy to ask questions! I guess they don’t like being ignored 😁 Always room for one more in the filter bin 🗑️

He’s already suggested that Bushy’s views are perfectly legitimate and should be given equal weight to genuine LTH’s despite him being a blatant liar and a troll…. Not a good look if you want anyone to take you seriously! I remember Kalan from when he was here last time… I didn’t trust him then either.

Chambishi was definitely on the cards at one stage, Leon even referenced an interview with President Hichilema where he talked about the refinery re-opening once the tax situation was resolved. As recently as the announcement of the Mopani deal, Paul Kabuswe stated that Chambishi would soon be re-opening.

I’m not sure anymore if Jubilee is going to be directly involved in that, with the IRH JV we will now have access to additional refining capacity at the Nkana plant. I guess it depends on the scale of ambition for IRH and Jubilee. With the plan to rapidly expand the modular copper oxide concentrators we could potentially fill the additional cathode refining capacity available at Nkana, what then happens with the concentrate from the tailings concentrators when they eventually come online? Maybe they see Chambishi as necessary for future expansion? Maybe it’s for the processing of the Mufulira S l a g? It could be part of the governments wider plans to manufacture EV batteries in Zambia, then extra cobalt refining capacity makes sense.

Anyway I think we should find out something on that front before too long.
