Dilution is absolutely on the cards as should be expected . Hopefully it will be timed with a much higher sp . Shouldnt also discount the fact that if we have a sustained sp a number of remaining warrants are likely to be cashed .

E l yes .yes after waiting an age for the permit we then had to apply for and recieve an extension to the permit because we obviously wouldnt start on time . When I predicted we wouldnt start anywhere near time I got a bashing .same when I said we wouldnt be producing before the elections . I just think it best to keep expectations realistic , much better to be pleasantly surprised than uncomfortably disapointed . It is almost August now . Interesting to hear the next update on land purchase . Breaking ground by year end ,lets hope so .

Munch , march dive gives an idea of what could well happen . It would be short term for gold and then a re run of 2008 -10 could be on the cards . Might come sooner tha anybody thinks . E l , I dont imagine they are deliberately holding back .the economics are already excellent but there is always the chance of a reversal of pog ie stock market crash etc . the faster the rise the more chance of a significant pull back imo . Lets just have some progress and get the decision on mine build out there .

Simms ,why do you refer to the recent placing as a rights issue ? I didnt have the option to buy shares or any warrants . Perhaps a rights issue for the mine build would be a good idea .

Gipps , the land was to be returned in 2017 that was when the breach dated from and the arbitration was a due legal process to adress it .obviously frr could have handed back in 2017 .
If your road tax runs out in 2017 it doesnt matter if the court case is in 2019 it was still an affence in 2017 .

Looed ,since frr are being sued for non payment of legal fees it seems unlikely .

Gipps , frr admitted in court that hope didnt block funding . De listing ,court cases and ownership issues will have stopped funding . I do not believe Hogan Lovells lie on their own website re the arbitration result but zz is known to play fast and loose with facts . If the ggg are comitting slander then surely that is grounds for another court case ?
Imo the gg have relented to us diplomatic pressure , knowing full well that frr have a myriad of other issues to deal with just to survive and still have the issue of the psa length .

I refer to 3 producers On aim that produce between 80 and 120 k oz pa listed on aim for a cnr comparison . seems fairly reasonable to me . Unfortunately you never can see the wood for the trees .when price drops you are busy criticising mc and bad old mr red is busy buying then **** off mr red cos he not in da red like you .
