5-0 , if cnr are going to start construction by year end then it is pretty much guaranteed there will be another placing for part funding . Thats not a negative just to be expected . The sooner the funding the sooner construction starts . Lets hope for a good rise in the sp first and a less generous discount .

The land deals being completed is a biggie imv and the successful completion would be a big step forward . I have never seen this stated in rns or presentation thats why I asked . And Nero , it is true I can email mc .It is however perfectly acceptable to ask for the source of information given on a bb otherwise anybody could post completely misleading rubbish which happens all the time on share bb's .remember ,7-8 years ago our company was going to be bought next year for multi £s .

Cf , I havnt seen recent vid , when you say that all landowners have given a price they are willing to sell at long ago where does this come from as I have never seen this ? I suspect like you that the more pressing call is for land purchases hopefully . A deposit on plant will need to done well in advance ,new or old I imagine and further finance further down the line this year .
In regard to any legal process for land accumulation . I dont know that that would be a quick process .
As always ,if you believe in the project ,next week will probably give buying opportunities to buy at placing price .no warrants though sorry guys . But if you got placing shares but hold various warrants etc why not sell some shares and keep your warrants and see what gives .
Munch are you here to buy shares at the right price ? Personally I like middle thirties for some buys . A week ago people were talking £1 plus in no time so my intuition says lets have another buy opportunity first .

Re Rb ,surprprising if he is getting out .It is small beer for him . I do wonder if talk of a small mine after being sold the 120 k plan for years may not impress and the timescale .maybe he gonna invest in calibre instead .I hope he is not clearing out as this would not be great for investor confidence imo particularly across the pond .

Frenchie ,hopefully so . Clarity on this would be good . If it is secondhand plant there may be a fairly long decomissioning time . whether new or second hand it needs to be ordered well in advance . Deposit paid would be good news and a precurser to the mine funding . You are not likely to pay a deposit without having full funding in hand imo .
It could well be that land purchases is the immediate call on cash .
Deposit paid and detailed info will show our plan going forward which should help the sp before the mine funding raise .Ideally we would like to be somewhat north of where we are now for that
Unfortunately the market knows that ones coming which may well keep the sp in check .

C f , I would be surprised if we didnt have an equity part to funding .Mark has always stated such . Time is getting a bit short for a toll deal to fund mine build . Unfortunately covid is getting serious in Nicaragua now .even by the gvnts dubious figures so it may be that calibre are being hopeful with their re start .

Lukas lundin is a mate of beaties and they have worked together so there are synapses between the two . Me personally I would be happy to have calibre shares through a deal as long as the deal was good .

Geovanni,well reasoned .the sp in April 2008 was in the45-70 p range .there are more than twice as many shares now in circulation so our present sp without dilution would be north of 80 p . We still have the mine build to fund .I think mc did the right thing popping a placing but would have liked to have seen it at a higher price .Not sending the right signal that it was hugely undervalued at 50 p plus when you are buying them for mid thirties with extra warrants . The jump from 20 p to 60 was nailed on at some point .40 p - 120 is less obvious to me in the short to medium term .A lot depends what happens with the gold price over the next year . I am not overly optimistic or greedy .40-80 p isnt bad anything else is a bonus for me .

Munch , did you see and ride the sub 25 - 60 p re rate ? I always said sub 25-50 p was the deal ?
Looks like there may be a drift in sp .thats how people get reasonable averages ,buying on the drop and selling into the rises . For me small buys and see how the news pans out .
It is feasable that there are more agreements to sell hence more cash needed. There are various things that could hit the sp as well as raise it .best to be alert as our moron in chief would say .
