Harry , dont think we will have too long to wait to find out . gold dropped significantly from march 2008 before heading north towards the end of the year .Thats what I expect is likely in a stock market crash and bitcoin to follow just like march this year and then march on some time later .
I am fairly confident for bitcoin eth in the medium term but know they are volatile and a traders dream .

Foreman , time to buy bittie was march sub $4 k . One day you may well see the 50k bitcoin . However I expect it to again get pummelled if there is a stock market crash . I have a modest ammount of bitcoin and etherium and thinking of selling soon and waiting for the crash .of course it could be a mistake but banking a profit is never too painful .

Patryk , would you like to tell me how many condor shares were in issue when cnr was £1.60 all those years ago and the market cap ? We have over doubled the number of shares in two years .Posters here 2 years ago reckoned we were a year and a half from production .we are unless toll milling happens presently two years from production . So further away . Of course we are closer to pouring gold than we were two years ago but certainly not imminent or guaranteed . Also after selling a 80-120 k oz narrative for years we are now hearing a 40-50 k oz production story .puts tsg in our potential producer peer group . They pay a dividend and have a m cap well under £100 m
We are all eager to make profits here but sometimes a dose of reality is not a bad thing . The market dictates our value not posters .
My point about our sp doubling was really for slim .a 100 per cent gain is not a bad place to be with most news yet to come .

Although not earth shattering news ,the land aquisition figures have moved from 65 per cent ,where they seemed to be for ages to 85 per cent which is definitive progress . As ever more patience needed but peeps should bare in mind that the sp has doubled in under 6 months .

The Company has purchased 64 plots of land totalling 659 hectares in and around the permitted La India open pit mine site infrastructure, of which 479 hectares has been purchased this year, at the time of writing. In addition, the Company can also demonstrate physical possession for approximately 18 years on the land covering the Mestiza open pit, has purchased the majority of this land and has claimed ownership over 303 hectares in this area. The Company has ownership of 96 hectares of land in the area of the America open pit.

So ,does this mean still some land to buy for mestiza and America ?

Awax ,that is a good question that would be useful to have an answer . Nicaraguan cogs havnt appeared to be the quickest .also if all the land has to be purchased before starting either toll milling or construction.mc states that buying all the land before clearing is stated goal for this year .
Good to get an updated figure .So cnr have purchased 10 per cent of the land in the last 6 months by my reckoning so how long to purchase 25 per cent ? One assumes that there could be more progressing but we dont know for sure . Not convinced that all land will be tied up before year end but time will tell .

Ddd , your timescales seem similar to mine . Toll deal is still maybe .production not before 2022 and thats without problems along the way .
I like to be cautious on the gold price but any of these are quite possible but there is always the chance that by mid 2022 many things may have changed .who saw covid coming 9 months ago .
Meantime I hold a number of producers , a couple of early stage explorers and condor that is an inbetweenie .

Yes copter I picked up on that one . So heres the thing ,calibre shut down when covid was apparently not a real issue in Nicaragua . They are opening up when covid is even by Nicaraguan gvnt stats is much higher . covid is getting worse in most of latin America . Calibre may well meet further problems and the issue that mc highlighted may still be very relevant .
Tester ,I have said for a long time that the timelines are continually moving .most here were predicting production by now a couple of years ago ,then mine build start at the end of the year .Now it is finance within the first half of next year . No timescale for actual production . Looks very much like small scale production first
The run up to the next election has already started with media under pressure ,churches being attacked etc .Nicaragua has been at odds with its neighbours over covid and believe borders are closed dyor on that .there is no telling how covid or election preparations may affect cnr as well as the gold price .if you look at the last gold run it retreated very dramatically catching all the experts and mining companies out .
I am still in but cautious and not at all worried to sell out if the smell doesnt smell right to me . Gla

The gold rise has been very strong but it will get more erratic imv and goldie prices will become more volatile with more trading opportunities . Not an issue if you are a sit tight kind .If so dont worry about the day to day sp .

Gold is heading south today so far .not just cnr . Somehow whenever there is a call for last chance of a top up there is invariably a chance to buy cheaper .shame for the 59 ers on friday . sub 50 p for me .not paying over 50 p .

Correct me if I am wrong but havnt both sides wasted millions because frr failed to return the land due in 2017 and even shy boy zz says they have now returned the land as the georgians won this claim ?

Tester , hope so although I am a bit sceptical as pro active also refer to the q1or q2 decision on finance as increasingly imminent . Q2 2021 isnt my idea of imminence .

Ajmj , you raised some good points about toll milling . Producing by q1 isnt an option though .
Since our pfs puts aisc at around 700 for 80 k oz production personally I dont see how calibre scale can be cheaper considering we have the extra transportation costs .
Would be interesting to hear if any proposed toll deal would be a profit share or price for ore . It was a vid from a long time ago but I seem to remember mc mentioning selling ore to b2 and its up to them what they do with it .
Taking on board the extra possible costs etc .thanks for your input and the likelyhood that the boost may not be as significant as some may think but as you and mc has said it is proof of concept for financing .

Ajmj , in the proactive piece today nc states pressing the button on finance q1 or q2 next year .cant see how you get to gold pour by then .
Also on toll milling it would seem to me that the costs have to be around $ 700 plus the extra expense of trucking it to calibre .I think it is a bit hopeful that calibre would shoulder the main cost burden .I would imagine any split would be after costs although I do seem to remember a long time ago mc alluding to selling the ore and upmto b2 what they do with it .
It is hard to imagine that mc keeps mentioning a tollmdeal if there is no ongoing dialogue .
