Neither of these issuels are a specific threat to cnr but both may well lengthen timescales .There have been numerous border issues over the last 6 months in relation to covid .
Unlike many here I am quite happy to sell some shares on any spike or if news threatens my investment . But as is pointed out by many here there are a lot of risky juristictions ,many worse than Nicaragua .So I see any geo political issues most likely being short term trading opportunities hopefully .
Meanwhile there are numerous opportunities for sp gains out there . goid luck .

B2 havnt exactly exited they have delegated to a team that they are confident will enhance their investment without having to do too much themselves . And received some cash . Best of both worlds . B2 still have a considerably larger stake in calibre than mellon holds in cnr .

Arsenal , I find it hard to believe that any consortium was close given all the impending legalities .seems very convenient . I do find zz recent statement that they de listed in london deliberately ,cutting off any apparent responsibility to shareholders and making any fsa involvement very difficult believeable though .

Frr is an American company based in the oil capital of usa but is listed in the uk on aim via a cayman island vehicle . They are now a private company that we not only have no rights in nobody can have any contact . Chances of hearing from these guys again is very slim . 18 months ago we were told they would communicate via rns reach . Coffee anybody .

Ccc , no probs . yes I think mark is pretty straight and have no gripes with him . timeframes however have never been something you could rely on but thats the nature of the beast so I generally err on the side of caution on that front .

Ccc. Thats a bit different to land sales completed in weeks and production in a couple of months .
I have been here since 2010 and for most of that have seen posters putting up unrealistic time frames and then frustrated holders when they turn out to be wide of the mark .
My own take is we have made good progress with land sales this last six months but a few holders have 15 per cent of the land so probably the larger landowners . Could well be close to completion but we dont know . We may well see a toll deal but unlikely to be this year in production but quite possibly a deal .full production will be beyond 2021 . None of these views are negative ,just realistic imv .I have re positioned myself in around 40 p and happy .I see opportunities for sub 50 p for those buyers that were paying close to 60 p weeks ago .
I also absolutely do not rule out an approach before any mine developement . There are many possibilities here and not much downside but the quicker we are getting gold out of the ground the better .the bull run wont last forever .

Pdp , re your assumption about production in 2021 . I cannot see even the 50 k oz being in production before 2022 . Like E lion 1 year for construction .mc states that a decision on funding comes next year in the first 2 quarters . Cannot see any chance of 2021 production .
I dont see the dilution for either 50 k oz or 80/120 being a big deal compared to the heavy dilution we have seen in the last couple of years ,particularly if we can get the sp up over 80 p .

Regards the section in the very recent rns ,it contradicts what most posters have been stating and maybe as book 5 states is the reason a toll deal hasnt thus far been anounced .
Its anybodys guess how close the remaining amount is .could be very close but odd how this has suddenly surfaced in rns .

Reads that cnr hasnt actually bought all of the mestiza land .Thats why I queried it .

The Company has purchased 64 plots of land totalling 659 hectares in and around the permitted La India open pit mine site infrastructure, of which 479 hectares has been purchased this year, at the time of writing. In addition, the Company can also demonstrate physical possession for approximately 18 years on the land covering the Mestiza open pit, has purchased the majority of this land and has claimed ownership over 303 hectares in this area. The Company has ownership of 96 hectares of land in the area of the America open pit.
