C f, deffo not a sensible comparison.even calibre at £300 m wouldnt be either as they produce circa 45k oz per quarter, but is in Nicaragua.
Had to laugh when he explains that you have to be careful where you invest .some countries apparently dont even allow mining . As we thought cf another raise this year .my guess around £5 -6 m. 10-12 m shares. Still coming in around 200-210 m shares going into construction imv.
Politics, he mentions a couple of the opposition leaders arrested ,well basically all of them without family or legal access. He also mentions a few of the gvnt sanctioned, well most of the ortega family actually amongst others.
Proper interviewer for a change.
Still sketchy on the timelines if you ask me . It should be obvious from this interview that dividends are years away as I stated recently . The plan, pay back loan, explore and develop underground from revenue. My guess is still commercial production 2024 debt free 2026 then underground . Dividends some considerable time after this .All being well.
Of that 22 per cent director holdings,mc now only constitutes 3 per cent having held around 9 per cent 10 years ago when cnr raised at £1.60 p share ,so he has already diluted himself pretty heavily no matter what he would like but as the presenter points out he has unlike holders received wages, and options etc.
Re land ,you can act as if you own somebodys land as much as you like but until you own it you dont own it and I am slightly suspicious of this attitude personally. Overall ,happy to be in around 40 p and can still see 70-100 p in short /medium term .
