Wyn, I actually agree with most of what you say, with the exception of shorting crews being no worse than rampers. In this specific instance, shorting crews using nefarious means to damage a business that is looking to cure cancer, is far worse than those same crews working against an oil company, miner, fintech business etc. There is a moral side to this and a financial side, if it were purely financial then they'd just be the opposition....in this case they are total scum.

Wyndrum, that's a binary point of view on a very non-binary system. Shorting crews absolutely have an effect on the share price, often in extremely negative ways. This can affect the ability of the company to raise funds, and to use non diluting fund raising options, which in turn can have a major impact on the possibility of success. If using the markets as a means to provide funding, which is highly dependent on SP value delivery, then they wouldn't have floated in the first place.

Shorters on stocks like this, that then try to manipulate the SP are the very definition of scum.

I know we're all here to make money, but please remember when sniping at one another, when lying for one's on gain and when actively trying to harm the progress of this business to make a few quid, that if they pull this off then news stories like this might one day be a thing of the past. Rest in peace Bill and thank you for doing what you did to increase the visibility and importance of testing for prostate cancer.

During lockdown the AGMs were streamed, including the Q&As, so in answer to the original rather silly question, no problems with it at all.

@Apre, I would agree he usually is, but in this instance you can't honestly say that his post was anything other than inflammatory. Just because someone is "well respected" in your opinion does not preclude them from posting silliness occasionally, nor does it preclude them from being called out on it.

Depends on the organisation doing the acquisition, but if you want an idea of the RNSs that would be received check out Ideagen.....that's a lot of RNSs and no lock out.
