Because institutions don’t speculate or ‘trade’ they model a return, over hundred if not thousands of instruments and investments. When they get that return they exercise, simple. They really aren’t interested in massive swings or profits, these are companies that make 5-10% on billions of dollars of investment, in a predictable, repeatable and sustainable way. I don’t understand how someone who claims to know what they are doing would not understand that.

No ninkynonk they can hold data until it’s commercially and ethically sensible to release it, that’s the whole point of having ‘insider’ rules and obligations.

Yeah but what platform or website is showing as a sell? My point is, as we've all said a thousand times here, it's dependant on the 'algorithm' of the website you're looking at, which is usually as simple as IF execution price = LESS THAN mid market price DEFINE AS Sell
